I busted my arm over a month ago and haven’t been able to draw since. BUT, I’m not dead! [pause for cheers] What better way to announce this than with a poorly made edit I did of a dead meme back in 2018? I know, you’re welcome <3

Session 35, Camera 5 and 6
Testing out Color Correction and JPEG progressive display that shows lower quality image first, then the detail goes up while the image is downloading (used on low-speed connections in the stone age Internet). Sadly, It got discarded since it gives a washed-out look, and I like my renders to look vibrant.
I'm going out on holiday with relatives so I'll be away next week.

Another dynamic pose: Iron man's iconic landing pose. This one is theoretically easy to accomplish, but it somehow looks odd. I used a Bionicle figure for reference.

I love this game, I usually play it when I feel down and need a good laugh. Robert is my favourite (as everybody else who has played the game) and must say it's one of the cutest guys (in a rough way) on the game, It's like having a date with a partner in crime.

Stargazing
Realised I had a backup copy somewhere else before my hard drive crashed. Original scenario, different development.
I used to skip this class I hated and went to cloud gazing with my friends in the parking lot, wondering about the future.

Session 25
Doing opposites: increased colour (boost contrast + saturation) vs greyscale (technically desaturation, except it’s red and green channels fused and blue channel dropped)

Facial texture enhancement, based on DaemonCollection‘s Naked Chris Redfield.
Facial bumpmap, Facial ao mask, and Eye texture reworked.
Reset back to the original body bumpmap and teeth texture. It seems you can't beat the original.
I hadn't realized that SFM loads the lowest resolution image (mipmap) instead of the intended HQ image.
Session 32, Camera 1, Take 19
Textures Restored, experimenting with (model built-in) rim light, then realized that I didn't restore Pier's textures.
I love the lighting on this one.
Session 23 - Camera 1, Take 51
I love Constant Lightning, but it requires to be really small (0.001) in order to make it feel right. Volumetric noise at max value (1).

Session 24 - Head hack
My first attempt with head hacking which it was a failure, so I make a bust model deleting the body of Chris model, and deleting the head from Leon model, both by Pipedude; since both share same bone transforms, I can import any animation from the original Chris body over both models.
Face edited from DaemonCollection‘s Naked Chris Redfield.
It’s kind of weird not seeing that face over a ripped body, also Vendetta Chris looks younger.
