Surprise mountain boyfriend attack today

No one expected Jareh x Mika post, not a single soul! But I come today with stuff we've never seen before (and stuff I've never drawn before lmao). It's also stuff that I promised to draw. I'm not sure if these are doki doki badum badum enough but in case they're not I have one more idea, I only need to draw it (and there lies the problem lmao). It's so weird to draw them in that couple vibe, you know? Dunno it just feels tad bit different, but not bad at all~~ What I want to finally update this year is their story, because a criminal amount of time has passed since I updated their comic. A criminal, abysmal amount of time has passed, and If I were my own reader and subscriber I'd curse and leave myself lmao

Um, so yeah, this is Mika's future look. Jareh basically hasn't changed but Mika's hairstyle evolved, I just love playing with hair and I love to draw it long after all!

I've been experimenting with colouring and stuff lately but I'm still unsatisfied. I literally can't find my way when it comes to colouring so I prefer very often to just leave flat colours to avoid ruining something. Well, at least I moved from greyscale to colours in the first place, right?

Man, that lil peck on his cheek. It might come as a surprise to you guys but our hamster boy is definitely less anxious or shy when it comes to showing some affection. He doesn't blush as much (as Jun does basically) and he's less embarrassed, and despite that fact that he's just a smol hamster he's bolder than you think! Well, what I'm talking about here is most definitely the future, because their beginnings weren't that easy.

Anyway, I have a pile of wips I need to finish, new year, same me. I work on them slowly (very slowly, I'm easily distracted lately) but will just continue to do my best, update as soon as possible and be forever thankful to all of you here! Let's do our best this year too 〜☆
