“Well, I uh…” Aaron chuckled and rubbed a hand against the back of his neck. “I was actually wondering if you wanted to go out sometime.”
Maria laughed and crossed her arms looking at the other, “Don’t you think you are a little too young for me?” she smiled and ruffled his hair.
Calvin smiled back at her and nodded slowly. “I really hope you keep that promise, I want to help you with things if I can.” He hugged her waist a little closer. “Y-yeah, just a little. Aw, I’ll have to say hi to them then.”
Maria smiled and walked over to the kitchen, “Well they are in the kitchen and I will make us something small then.” she nodded and laid on his shoulder. “Do you want a salad?”
Calvin nodded slowly while holding onto her waist a little. “Good. Don’t worry about it too much. I’m here for you, so if you need me, then don’t be afraid to freak out a little,” he replied with a soft smile while resting his forehead against hers.
Maria smiled and looked up at him, “You are always here when I need you the most and I promise to you I will be more talkative and stuff.” she hugged his neck tighter, “Are you hungry? and the puppies missed you.”
Calvin looked at her and bit his lip. “I-I thought it was a good thing…I am able to have fun, but I still need you,” he whispered softly. Hugging her tightly when she walked over to him. “I-I love you so much. P-please don’t forget that.”
Maria looked at him, “It is a goodd thing it is a great thing baby.” she nodded not wanting him to misunderstand what she was saying. Maria bit her lip and hugged his neck , “I won’t I love you so much. I’m sorry for freaking you out and you just got home.”
Calvin listened to her reasoning, remembering the anons he just got a few minutes ago and shaking his head. “I don’t like Joey in that way, not at all. She’s like my sister, you’re my girlfriend and I love you,” he replied, watching her step back with a frown, while he stepped in a little more. “Y-you’re not trapping me. You’re the first person that made me feel free in so many ways, and the only one I want to be with.”
Maria looked at him and bit her lip, “But you are changing Calvin and are becoming way more confident. I want you to be able to have fun.” she smiled softly and looked down. “Okay, I love you too.” she walked over to him and hugged him.
Calvin walked up to the doorway with a smile, opening it up and opening his mouth to speak, before hearing her talking. He froze in place and listened to her in shock before looking down slowly until she was done. “W-why would you ever think that?” Calvin whispered quietly while biting his lip.
Maria bit her lip and looked away, “I don’t talk a lot and I don’t go to the parties and stuff. People were......I just heard that you and Joey were really cute and that maybe you like her.” she stepped back, “I just don’t want you to feel like I am trapping you.”
Maria bit her lip as she waited for Calvin to come home rehearsing what she was gonna say in the mirror. “I am sorry I am so introverted and don’t talk much. If you want to date someone more fuun you can. I can move out.” she spoke not knowing the boy of her affections had already opened the door.

Calvin smiled to her happily while listening to her and strumming along. “Lost and insecure. You found me, you found me. Lyin’ on the floor. Surrounded, surrounded. Why’d you have to wait? Where were you? Where were you?” he continued singing. Looking up to her softly.
Maria smiled and continued to sing, “Just a little late. You found me You found me.” she giggled and kissed his lips.
Calvin started to strum softly, looking over to her with a shy smile in return. “I said where’ve you been? He said ask anything,” he sang along softly. “Where were you? When everything was fallin’ apart…”
MAria smiled and listened to him sing as she played along, “ All my days Spent by the telephone, That never rang. And all I needed was a call That never came. From the corner of First and Amistad.” She looked at him and smiled as the dogs nuzzled against their legs.
Calvin nodded while smiling at her moving closer. “Sounds good to me,” he agreed while moving his fingers, so he could strum the chords. “Whenever you’re ready,” he mentioned.
She smiled softly and started to focus on the notes, “I found good on the corner of first and amistad.” Maria looked shyly at him, “Where the west was all but won. All alone smoking his last cigarette...~~~”
Calvin smiled down at Banksy resting his head on his leg. Looking up at Maria at the mention of the song. “Oh, yeah, I know that one,” he agreed with a soft smile.
Maria nodded, “Alright well can we sing it together?” she asked moving her and huxley over so she was sitting next to him and the neck of the guitar was buy her fingers, “I do the notes and you strum.”
Calvin sat back on the bed petting Banksy head before focusing on her. “Uh, sure. I-I’d love to. Anything in mind?” he asked while crossing his legs and resting his chin on his guitar.
Maria smiled and crossed her legs putting Huxley in her lap and thinking of a song, “You know that song umm you found me? by ummm the fray?” sshe asked.
Calvin looked up to her and chuckled a little while seeing the dogs run in and onto the bed. “It’s all good,” he replied, blushing at her next words. “O-oh, thank you.”
Maria sat on the bed with the dogs and smiled, “Can we sing something?” she knew he wouldn’t sing by himself so maybe if she joined he would sing.
“If you stay or if you go I’m right there with you, but you know that I’m looking for more than a pretty smile,” Calvin sang softly while playing his guitar. “And if I’m lucky you can stay for a while, but if you stay or if you go-.” Calvin stopped abruptly at hearing someone, looking up quickly and blushing nervously at the person there. “O-Oh, uh, hey!”
Maria smiled and listened to him as she giggled before the dogs ran on the bed, “Oh hey sorry to interrupt you.” She blushed, “You sound amazing.”
Calvin chuckled and nodded in agreement. “Alright, probably a good idea.” He smiled at her pecking his lips, leaning over to peck her cheek before starting to walking again.
Maria laughed and followed him as they walked, “Hmm so what should we talk about? How are the beaches here?”
Calvin smiled while kissing her before pulling back softly to look into her eyes. “I love you too,” he whispered.
Maria smiled and pulled back, “Alright, Let’s go before we end up getting nothing done today.” She held his hand tightly and pecked his lips.
Calvin smiled softly at her, the blush settling on his features while he held her. “Mm, yup,” he replied before leaning in to kiss her.
Maria smiled and closed her eyes as she felt his lips on hers, “I love you.” she spoke softly.
