This might be a tiny bit too late, but head canons for goodbyes and me rambling coming up.

Roselle has been one of the best things, that has happened to me over the past year and I'm so happy, I got to know you guys. Perhaps when life isn't as busy, I'll come back. But for now, I need to leave. You guys are awesome and I love you.

As for the people Jamie would have said goodbye to, the list is, like, really small. Also known as Tina Cohen-Chang, who probably got to know where he was going and maybe even a little "I'll miss you."

I can't imagine Jamie to be man enough to tell Augustus that he couldn't keep his promises about not leaving. He'd probably pretend everything was alright, then just leave.

Erica is a tricky one, seeing that Jamie really isn't much of a man, and Erica probably is the person who means most to him. Shocker, right? Anyhow, I think he'd probably hug her to death and walk away without saying where he was going. Just disappearing.
