Makeup. It’s a tough thing. You know Lou Reed’s song of the same name, you’ve grown up feeling pressured to put it on once you get to middle school… Why? Maybe it’s the somewhat recent launch of Glossier and its “skin first, makeup second” message, but I’ve experienced an epiphany, making me realize that I CAN feel confident sans makeup.
