It’s okay. It’s okay. Now [the crying]’s just never gonna stop.
THE SOUND OF MUSIC (1965) dir. Robert Wise
Anthony Michael Hall and Molly Ringwald playing with a puppy during a break in location shooting of The Breakfast Club.
I’m scared that I’m not myself in here, and I’m scared that I am.
no matter how old I get
I will always be at least slightly convinced that I’m capable of hurting a stuffed animal’s feelings
#suddenly memories of trying to fit all of my stuffed animals on my bed because i don’t want any of them to feel left out
Toy Story mentally fucked a generation of kids.
things to start doing:
drink more water
carry a camera everywhere i go
read more books than i already do
go for walks
do yoga more often
go to bed earlier
enjoy the little things
go outside more
stop comparing myself to others
stick to my goals n stop putting things off
write down my feelings
smile more, especially at random people
wanting to be in a musical with a lead soprano role like
“But I don’t want small talk. Text me, and without saying hello, tell me why you got so angry at your sister this morning. Tell me why you have a scar shaped like Europe on the left side of your neck. Send me paragraphs about the time you spent at your grandmother’s house that one summer. Call me when I’m half asleep and tell me why you believe in God. Tell me about the first time you saw your dad cry. Go on for hours about things that may not seem important because I promise that I’ll be hanging on to every word you say. Tell me everything. I don’t want someone who just talks about the weather.”

I’m constantly torn between the ‘be kind to everyone’ and the ‘fuck everyone you owe them nothing’ mentalities
Do no harm but take no shit

The word “nun” is just the letter “n” doing a cartwheel.
How does a human even think of this what the fuck
I fucking love Bob’s Burgers. The parents have a great relationship with the kids, even if their parenting skills aren’t the greatest sometimes, just like real parents. The kids get along and fight like real siblings. The 9 year old girl is an evil mastermind but she’s still a child and you are reminded of that. The 13 year old is a teenage girl going through puberty and that is exactly how she is portrayed. The 11 year old boy has non-gender-specific qualities and isn’t mocked or teased about them. Every character had a purpose and a personality and they arent always just the butts of stereotype jokes and it’s so wonderful and the writing and a voices and the improv are amazing. I just want this show to last forever.
