you could be overworking yourself a lot to the point where your physical health is getting impacted negatively. i don’t know why by dehydration comes to mind. if you need help, don’t be afraid to ask for it when you need it.

healing is a big theme too. you may find that you are able to heal better when you connect with others and talk about past losses. you may find a community that really resonates with you and allows you to be vulnerable. i get the impression that socialising with people can really lift your spirits, esp if you’re dealing with heartbreak or struggling to see the silver lining in a situation.
