"No way, get your own."
Regina rolled her eyes, putting her hand on her hip as an eyebrow arched. “Miss Swan,” She began lowly, moving to stand behind the other woman, “You are behaving like a child.”
“I gathered that from your attitude.” Regina huffed, walking over to the couch and offering Emma the seat beside her. “Would you care to elaborate?”
After a long moment, Emma pushes some of her pride to the side and finds herself slumping on the couch next to the brunette, hands covering her face, mumbling something into her palms before she pulls away. “It’s stupid.” She says a little louder. “It was just…one of those days, you know? I’ve been a monumental screw-up all day.” A shake of the head, “Me coming home obviously hasn’t made it better.” She should’ve just stayed at the station. She should’ve locked herself up or slept in the bug or just kept her mouth shut. “I’m sorry I snapped at you.”
With a sigh, Regina put a hand on Emma’s back and began to rub soft circles to calm the other woman. “We can’t help if you’re determined to hide your problems.” A half smile as she added, “As loathe as I am to admit it, you taught me that.” Regina kissed her cheek, forcing herself to be patient. “Now, tell me what happened to make you think that you’re a- monumental screw up.”
