Regina stood there, the sheriff’s lips against hers and didn’t move. She’d come over to yell at Emma for not finishing her paperwork again and in the middle of a sentence the blonde had leaned in an kissed her. She didn’t know what to do so she stood still, her eyes wide, brows knit in confusion, and waited for the sheriff to finish whatever it was she thought she was doing.

Regina’s eyes widened as Emma jumped on her. They fell back onto the floor and Regina wrapped her arms tightly around her girlfriend. “Thank you, dear.” She said and placed a quick kiss on Emma’s lips.

Snow´s lips curled into a soft smile as she made her way over to the desk and placed the food she had made for both her husband and her daughter onto it. It was obvious that they were both working way too much and that a break was long overdue, even if neither of them would admit it.
Like father like daughter. Snow thought and the smile on her lips grew a little fonder. “You should take a break, you know?” she then said, resting one hand on Emma´s shoulder before pushing the food towards her.
“This town will survive without your close watch for twenty minutes,”
