I've decided to focus on school so I simply won't be on Tumblr. I have always put a very heavy emphasis on education. I'll be applying to colleges soon and taking harder classes, and Tumblr will become a distraction and something I don't want to waste my time and energy on. I've opted to go on a permanent hiatus because I don't want to delete but I also don't want to keep my queue running and have to worry about it keeping it updated. I may be on during school breaks, and depending on if I get an internship and how much schoolwork I have, I should be back summer 2014. Finally, this theme does allow permalinks and tag pages to be accessed, so should you ever want to look through my posts again, you can do so through my archive. My askbox will remain open, although I cannot guarantee that I will see your messages immediately. Feel free to contact me by any means from the link below. what the FUCK is up its been over half a god dang decade i was just rememberin the days when i had some sorta clout on the internet n scrollin through heritageposts. like sometimes i kinda miss having 1k+ followers for a fandom thing and just vibing together. a time before dashcon, before current purity disco horse and terf propaganda. lots of shit has happened and well coming back to my old 2013 era sherlock blog in 2020 is fucking cringe but it was my old brand and idk. theres some nostalgia in it. somehow i managed to remember what email i used here and reset the password. the internet is truly terrifying

anyway if anyone is still around on this godforsaken blog i abandoned after my freshman year of high school (i now have a degree in astrophysics wtf lmao) (i did not make it to mit like i said i wanted to when i left this blog but i went to the other beaver school on the other side of the country. the one thats bright orange)

hi!! for anyone still around, its about time i let you know about my new blog bc ive been on it for like a year

dont feel obligated to follow, i realize its a totally different style of blog than this (mostly anime and figure skating) with sporadic updates bc i cant be bothered to maintain a blog for anything other than my own amusement right now

So. This is it. After I post this, I'm changing my theme and logging out. It's been a wonderful journey with you all and I'll definitely miss you. (As you can tell from my past two hours of furious blogging and giving everyone a chance to say something to me before I go). This is the right choice for me though, and hopefully I'll make it to a really good college (MIT!!!) in three years. :D

I'm sad to see you go because even though we never really talked you were a great presence on my dash! I too queue most of my posts and barely come on here anymore for more than ten minutes a day but I still stay because I genuinely enjoy blogging. Good luck on your studies!

tawny! im gonna miss you so much but i'm proud of you for doing what's best for you also you leaving has really put things in perspective like do i really need to be on here or should i focus on school so um yeah im considering leaving as well

i'm glad i've helped in that respect! i can't really tell you what your priorities should be because everyone has different goals, but if leaving is ultimately the better thing for you i'm glad to have helped you there at least a bit :)
