I made this beautiful loaf yesterday just so I can have French toast today.

I was Miss Betty Crocker in the kitchen today. I made eggplant parmigiana for dinner. I also decided to challah bread so I can make French toast tomorrow.

I decided to make French onion soup for dinner. A great broth is the key. I also made southern style corn muffins.

It is definitely a soup day!

What do you do on a snowed in day? You cook! My favorite salad: spinach, quinoa, tomatoes, cheese, cranberries, edamame with carrot ginger miso dressing
