Getting ready for my mini move to Puerto Vallarta by creating a closet within my virtual closet. I indulged a little too much last night so I used coconut water (cure for hangovers) in this Dragon Fruit & Lychee #smoothie This is a cleansing, beautifying, digestive-supporting, immune boosting and anti inflammatory drink. With ingredients like strawberries, lychee,dragon fruit, flax seed and red beets it is packed full with vitamins C& B1, fiber, antioxidants,Omega3 and minerals it’s perfect to replenish after over indulging. So far my least favorite smoothie..maybe less water and almond milk would help but I’m not much for ‘fake’ desserts. It’s extremely filling and lasts for hours which is good for me since I was able to not snack afterwards while watching a movie (my pitfall). Ok so there is Avocado (Omega3 & vit E good for controlling your appetite inflammation & skin), zucchini (high in fiber & vit C), pumpkin seeds (high in protein & zinc), pea protein (obviously protein but also amino acids) and cacao (anti oxidants, magnesium & fiber). This one is great for your post workout and is anti inflammatory, cleansing & energizing. It’s just not something I like but I could see how others may, I’d put less water in it and maybe add some ice cubes to get a more shake like consistency. #smoothie #health #lifestyle @dailyharvest

I tried the #zombiefacemask You be the judge, personally I see no significant difference but my skin does feel softer and it’s a little brighter. Ok this one is my favorite so far..Mango&Greens This is a Vitamin C powerhouse with mango and camu camu which has 60x’s more vit C than an orange with anti inflammatory cucumber and spinach making it the perfect way to start your day. It has ultra hydrating coconut water in it but I’d add more, the extra hydration will instantly make your skin look younger. You can spend a fortune on skincare products that won’t change your skin but if you really want better skin it is all about what you eat. Today I woke up and tried the Apple & Greens Smoothie, I knew I was going to hate it but I was wrong. It’s not sweet but more savory which sounds gross but trust me it’s anything but. It’s satisfying and did keep me feeling full until lunch. Today I received my shipment of smoothies from @dailyharvest and this Strawberry Peach Smoothie is the 1st I’ve tried. I used coconut water, I’ve been dehydrated lately and it was surprisingly good. It’s not very sweet but I didn’t mind because it is very refreshing. I guess if you need it to be sweeter you could add sugar but I think it would defeat the point. Remember sugar ages you faster then smoking and the point for me is to do a cleanse to reset myself. I’ve been extremely ill the past month and out of depression started to eat poorly so I’m wanting to get back to a healthy lifestyle and weight. This smoothie also has goji berry which is very high in iron and protein, raspberries and flax seed which has omega 3, fiber and vitamin b1. This smoothie is great for your skin as it’s full of vitamin C and antioxidants, sort of a pick me up as well and immune boosting which makes it great for the morning or a late afternoon pick me up. #health #diet #lifestyle
