For this project, Rebecca listened to the song, read the lyrics, and sent me the photo that she thought would most represent it…And I couldn’t be happier! 🇮🇹 Back of the pub. Insolito. La prima robaccia che butto fuori dai tempi dell’imbarazzo cosmico deve intitolarsi proprio ‘retro del pub’, quando i pub stanno chiusi. Insolito, ironico. Per me pubblicare ormai era un’utopia, un arrendersi al dietro le quinte infatti, ai sette giorni di Samara dall’uscita, provo una dissociazione totale. Come disse qualcuno, ‘lo consegnamo alla storia e via’. Botp è un out of the blue e racchiude forse gli anni di scrittura bizzarra, tipo quella dei cinque anni a casa della nonna a scrivere un brano sulla marca delle valigie, ‘delsey, delsey’. Sempre marciato con le zampe da pecora nera in questo mondo che ci vuole tutti bianchi, puliti e normali. Botp non ve lo so spiegare, non ve lo voglio spiegare, perché sarebbe privarlo di tutte le sue possibilità interpretative. Una cosa, però, posso dirvela. C’ho una paura folle. Di quelle buone.
