It’s really the small things with kiribaku
this moment is neat because
1) kirishima saying “you conquered winter huh?” is language that appeals to bakugou’s victory mentality. winter is a challenge for bkg using his quirk. to conquer it means be BESTED it and we all know he wants to be the best
2) and bakugou responding with “like hell i did dummy, those are just pinpoint blasts” is bkg being comfortable enough to admit that no he didn’t conquer it BUT he is adaptable. easily trusting kirishima with such information
perhaps i’m reading too much into it but they really do understand each other and they TRUST each other
