Nourishing Authenticity: Warm Up From Within

I'm delighted to be offering a Nourishing Authenticity experience this January during the Warm Up from Within Winter Wellness Weekend at Brown County State Park. Perhaps you'll join us... The weekend involves film, nature hiking, writing, sound meditation, movement, treasure mapping, massage, art, yoga, etc. 

So many different ways to welcome a vibrant new year by relaxing into authenticity, following your own rhythms while connecting with nature and exploring what deeply nourishes you.

I'm noticing today...

I’m noticing today that what I feel called to do here at this time is to share what is arising in my awareness, what I’m noticing that inspires me to connect more deeply with my own authentic creative expression and to celebrate what is manifesting in the world as others look deeply and offer their rich gifts and insights.   I’m feeling called to create new or re-activate/re-purpose existing spaces online to share specific areas of exploration:  film, writing, etc.  I’ll weave some of what I share in those spaces here as well… so that this space becomes a true hub for my authenticity flourishing.

This is my central web presence.  This is my hub.  Everything else connects with this in some way....  This is about me living my life fully as myself.  Everything else I do arises from this.  It's comprehensive.  

This is the place where I allow myself to thrive fully as myself.

When you understand that you are a Vibrational Being, first and foremost—and that your dominant intention becomes that of tuning your Vibrational frequency to that of the Source within you—you will provide the perfect basis for the cells of your physical body to thrive. But if you are approaching your physical body from the usual physical standpoint, noticing symptoms and analyzing your physical condition, you will emit Vibrational resistance that hinders your well-being. In other words, your Vibrational response to your current condition makes it difficult to overcome any unwanted physical condition. When you are able to find 15 minutes in every day to relax and tune to the frequency of your Source, during that time of meditation, all resistance and hindrance will cease, allowing the cells of your body the opportunity to return to their natural state of Well-Being. And your improved Vibrational state will then begin to spread through larger segments of your day. At the root of your physical condition is the condition of your cells. At the root of the physical condition of your cells is a Vibrational pattern. At the root of that Vibrational pattern is alignment with the Well-Being of the Source within you. --- Abraham-Hicks

I am thinking about doing some writing about the processes I go through in determining where to put my political support. There are some things that are deal breakers... and they're not particular ISSUES... they are ways of perceiving the world. I just can't back people with narrow interests. I'm a person who thrives when others are thriving.
