This guy inspired me to repair my own macbook. First of all, you should know that I am not… like, I have to look up HOW to look up what my computer specifications are. Tech, that ware either soft or hard, is not a subject in which I experience comfort or competence. But my puppy peed on my keyboard, and I asked the apple store, or the fucking mac cafe, or the godsdamn Computer House Chill Zone or whatever cute ass name they have for their bullshit store, and they said it would be TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO REPLACE MY KEYBOARD. I’m not even exaggerating.
So I asked the internet, well how hard IS it to repair? And I saw this guy’s video, and while I am no techie, I AM fueled by spite, so I was all “oh, they do that shit on purpose specifically so they can charge me $1200 bucks or make me buy a new computer hunh? FUCK THEM” and I bought all the tools I needed for about $25 and I bought all the parts I needed for about another $25 and I watched a few tutorial videos, and I replaced my own keyboard.
So, once you are doing the actual deed, it becomes pretty obvious that they are finding creative ways to make this much harder than it has to be on purpose. On thing that stood out to me is, instead of all the tiny screws being the same size, there are about two dozen very slightly different sizes. They could easily be all the same size, or like, two sizes at most, but no.
These mother fuckers will take a panel that screws into place and they’ll use a different size screw for each corner. They are so close that you almost cannot tell them apart visually, but they each will only screw into the matching corner. Like, it’s a pretty clear “fuck you” to anyone trying to do repairs.

OH MY GOD LBH ALPHA MALE PODCASTER AU AAHHHHAHHAHHHAHAHHA HEAR ME OUT WAIT HEAR ME OUT
So this is a modern AU, LBH wld be like a bullied nerdy kid and then his endless abyss would be his hot senior (SJ my babygirl) showing him up for prom night or something and he gets laughed yadayada. He goes through the whole anime MC training arc at his local gym and starts alpha male podcasting and tiktoking. He gains followers bc the glow up was real and he gets MBJ who he got to be his spotter during his training arc to join him.
He gets tons of incel fans and they call themselves demons and hes the demon lord and all is well for LBH bc he is raking in cash with all these podcasts and tiktoks (visualise him with the sataroga water banana peel thing)
HOWEVER one day he goes to the gym to keep up his insane training schedule and he sees the HOT SENIOR who doesnt recognise him at all. Said hot senior is weirdly thin and pale but he'd recognise his features anywhere. LBH kind of stalks him, he's going to be really honest he spent way more time than usual at the gym just to see when ex hot senior comes to the gym. After a few times of walking around the gym and picking up weights before just. leaving, Hot senior seems to always come with what looks like the human personification of a hamster that got released into the wild. On a completely unrelated note, MBJ starts stalking them with him.
Ofc as we all know this is SY, who gets dropped off at the gym regularly by his evil older brother who claims that he needs exercise to get healthier. SY just sits on the equipment and tries his best honestly, and brings his bro SQH just to share the suffering. There's this really hot buff guy in the gym (along with another buff guy that SQH keeps talking about) who keeps staring at him, and never seems to leave. Does he live in the gym? Is that the secret to a hot body??
Eventually LBH and SY starts dating, and the alpha male podcasts suddenly just stop. The account is deleted and the demons are confused af. Ofc LBH doesnt care, what with already being rich enough to support his lifestyle for another good twenty years. LBH gets SY and MBJ gets the weird hamster. All is well.
Except all is NOT well for SJ, who despises LBH. But that is a story for another time!!

AU where SJ transmigrated into blue lock when SY entered his body, and as a character who gained awareness when the system messed with him, he knows that he should make the most of this life for it to be completely different from the ending scripted for him ('he' would have lost in the first selection and never be mentioned again).
Honestly, SJ was kind of excited after transmigrating into blue lock. The system of SYs had given him the required info about his scripted future and the knowledge that a modern person would have, and the ability to speak Japanese before skedaddling to go tend to his host. Huh.
That aside, he had full confidence that he was the smartest person in the whole building, even if he had some knowledge gaps regarding the current levels of propriety in Japanese culture (There was a guy literally hanging off the back of another. That can't be normal, right? Oh my god he's sleeping now too.)
During the first selection test, he'd initially channelled his inner street child, mainly focussed on passing and striking to the best of his ability. He realised soon that with his Peak Master intellect, why would he only focus on himself when he could be manipulating the field to win, like how he used to manipulate battles (literally and figuratively) in his favour?
He'd gained the moniker of the Puppeteer, for his ability to read and manipulate the field to always come up top. After the second selection test he was ranked fourth (he couldnt rank higher bc in terms of ball manipulation etc he still wasnt really that strong). The reason why he worked so hard to rank in the top 6 is because he made a bet with Ego that if he could rank Ego would let him live in his own room. Usually Ego wouldnt have agreed, but having just seen him insult all the boys in his dorm to tears, he was intrigued enough to agree.
Did SJ miss the world of Pidw? Yeah, he definitely missed his sedentary life on the peak when he listened to the frequent arguments cropping up in a building of adolescent boys, and the fact that he himself was now back to being one of the said adolescent boys was awful, but the clean break from YQY and LBH was doing wonders for his mental health, with the added plus of escaping being turned into a human whatever that was.
He joined Bastard Munchen because he liked the attitude of logic and talent reigning king, and he def hates kaiser with the logic that a mountain cant have two kings, and he thinks that Ness would make a really good Ming Fan replacement or just a companion as a friend.

This was quite literally the novel that got me hooked on bl novels,, after this there was no going back urghghhg no one gets this like me i love it so much i have a spiritual connection to this novel if you dont read any other novel in the list at least give this one a try the author is such a genius and i love the MC so much!!!1 worldbuilding in this is actually delicious
