Thank you for sharing your love of Elvis (the man and the movie) with all of us! I saw the movie last summer and fell in love with it, which sent me down the rabbit hole of learning more about Elvis irl as well. I feel kind of embarrassed for being so inspired by a movie, but it was one of those 'right place, right time' type of things - I saw it at a time when I needed a lift, and it gave me that! The glitter, the music, the booty shots - it spoke to me. 😂 Anyway, I just wanted to share this here because my irl friends would probably think I was crazy if I told them, but I feel like you guys in this community understand the feeling!
Aww what an unexpected delight to find in my inbox this evening!!! I shall never tire of hearing people confess to falling down the Elvis rabbit hole after seeing the film. There have been so many times in the past year when I’ve wondered why I can't seem to overcome my infatuation with both the movie and the man- so you are in good company my dear! But I certainly know what you mean. I don’t have anyone to talk about Elvis with in real life, which is a massive bummer because it’s such a HUGE part of what occupies my brain everyday!
