I absolutely adore Aelin’s story! I started reading this series in August and it grew very dear to me over the last few months. It was a wonderful time and it really hurt to say goodbye to this world and the characters when I finished Kingdom of Ash

I'm sorry. I needed to make other people feel the emotions I was feeling. Kinda like a sad mood share around so my sadness is less - but it didn't really work. We're all just crying together instead of alone now.

On their own. Just a mood piece that came to mind when I thought of this common theme among these characters. Some by force, some by choice, others by both. I wanted to let the environments speak for the characters and really had fun with the transitions~ I have a few other KOA sketches I may release later, but this set gives me closure with my KOA hangover.
