this started as discussing how wes would have had to take care of the legendary dogs like he cares for his other pokemon, then went to him being good at first aid, THEN went to wes wanting so little to pay for healthcare that he would have directed rui on how to give him stitches,

tldr, giving eye drops to giant lion dogs is not a victimless process
