More than 15,000 otters in Illinois are pilfering fish from fishermen and disrupting the local ecosystem. To deal with it, the state is allowing an otter trapping season for the first time in 87 years, starting this month. Bob Bluett, a biologist from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources talks about the otter inundation.
After a five-year absence, Formula One racing returned to the U.S in Austin, Texas. Formula One is immensely popular in Europe and much of the world, but has failed to secure an audience in the U.S., dwarfed by the homegrown culture of NASCAR and the Indy circuit.
Mario Andretti wants to change that. In 1978, he won the Formula One World Championship. Now at the age of 72, this racing legend is the face of Formula One in its latest attempt to find a fan base in the U.S.

Young Luke Skywalker was desperate to leave the tiny igloo where he grew up, known in Star Wars films as the Lars Homestead. Today, Star Wars fans trek regularly into the Tunisian desert to visit the original location.
On one such trip, superfan Mark Dermul of Belgium found the igloo in crumbling into disrepair. He launched a facebook campaign and raised more than $11,000 to restore the Lars homestead to it's original glory.
