brakes smell , like burning god awful rubber and all he can do is look from the expensive car back to her. it must be her fathers car - especially if she didn’t know better than to hold the brakes all the way down this pass. maybe she’s on vacation to the mountains. maybe she’s just … not a great driver. either way he’s pulled in to help her. couldn’t help himself really when he saw those long legs and pouting lips.

                       her father was going to kick her ass if she brought the car home in this condition. she could already feel his fury and in helpless frustration she swung her foot up at the tire and yelped when her toes crinkled against the rubber, sandals doing little to protect her. normally she was pretty good when it came to the luxury cars her father collected but today she had spaced out, driving on autopilot and unaware of how steep the road got. 

                   brakes had squealed, tires burnt and she had sat in the drivers seat and cried for a solid ten minutes out of fright before getting out to check the damage. she hears a car pull up behind her and she’s ready to beg the driver for assistance, but he offers it willingly and she nearly kissed him out of gratefulness. ‘ yes, please. i think i ruined my dad’s car. i wasn’t paying attention and then this.... happened. ‘
