I bought this thinking it was a figurine but since it was in a language im not fluent in (and is arguably my worst enemy .... chinese), i didnt realize that i had to build it on my own 🥀

I dont assemble legos often nor have i assembled them in like years so i hope i dont screw this up lmao. Ill post again when im done (i hope)

I think this has genuinely been the best ive drawn my ocs and i could even go as far as saying that i think ive genuinely found my preferred style of drawing their bodies 🥹🫶🏼 now its just the hair n other stuff LOL, but those werent as troubling as how i was trying to find a style for their bodies

I took so much time than usual mulling over his lore (that im too lazy to explain rn cuz its still a wip) and his design ohhh my days character design is too hard

I think ive gotten a little better at drawing even though i have yet to study actual anatomy, folds and stuff like that. I mean come on ive just been randomly drawing folds n stuff mostly based on how i feel it works

↑↑ Especially on the hands, i suddenly got better at drawing them from 29 april onwards like ??? I have no idea what happened to my usual horrible-looking hands in some of the other images

But tbh this kind of improvement is usually temporary so its likely that im gonna unconsciously go back to the square or claw-looking ones the moment i have to draw a pose thats hard to me

I also did an attempt at fashion design for the sake of my art portfolio and i think it looks pretty okay but idrk

Also i didnt even mean to make cutouts (6th and 7th images) lmao, i accidentally spilled water on the page of when i was drawing the first guy and i was too impatient to wait for the water to dry so i just cut him out but it went better than i expected lol. It then motivated me to make another cutout of the second oc .. just for fun

Anyways my favourite page has to be the third image tbh. Idk man it just looks so much better than what i usually draw and i think it shows

The first image has to be one of the most complicated designs ive drawn in a long while too, i hope i can do this more often cuz i really like my current style and feel comfortable in it

Finally done studying oh my god .. ive been studying since 6pm and i stopped like just now at 10:30 pm i think

Huge improvement from what i usually do, but eventually i wanna be like some of my friends who study like 8 hours. Hopefully ill be able to clutch this year with a lot of effort lmao

For now i just focused on the topic i was the weakest on (i hate hate HATE stoichiometry) so at least i can try to get a few more marks and maybe not fail chemistry again ahaha .. i still may be cooked bro

I usually just dabbled in origami here and there last time but for some reason i decided to become obsessed with it this year and i guess thats a good thing though cuz i realize now that i do indeed like origami a lot So far ive made: - Lotus flowers (my main thing (as you can see in the box lmao, a whole lot of them)) - Jellyfish - Whales and fish (only like once or twice for an art project) As much as i love making lotus flowers and have even caught myself unconsciously making one when i was supposed to be making something else, i wanna make other things that are relatively easy yet nice to look at (if thats even possible) especially since i wouldnt consider myself "good" at origami yet Ill try to look harder for stuff like that, i really wanna fold more stuff lol All this and i still dont know how to fold a crane 💀
