i appreciate when websites have a spectrum of blocking options. i hate when the only choice is to hard block op like sometimes you need the option to mute or block a specific post. absolutely no beef with the person who made the post you just put an image of a large spider on my dash 400 times and i dont want to see that please thank you.

Something that should also be mentioned is that people have recently come out talking positively about their experiences at Glitch like Kiana Khansmith, Dana Terrace or Cobbins, the last one being part of the SMG4 team during its final run.

I am surprised that people ignore that fact considering that people who have spoken positively are respected people within the fandom or on the internet in general. Well, to be fair, it's the SMG4 fandom, they always act before they think

I hope that as the days go by, people will calm down and begin to see this situation with a critical eye

Thank you for your words, they relieved me a bit. What is unclear to me is whether Colin was the only one. It just that I have seen several people abandoning the fandom, insulting Glitch and Kevin and/or trying to move away from Glitch that it makes me think that.

I'm not saying what happened isn't bad, but I'd expect that fandom reaction if it were more people. For something that happened to one person I would expect a more critical or supceptive reaction (I don't know if those are the right words) from most

In fact, I'm surprised that in a fandom that isn't that small, I've only seen like three or four people having a more critical perspective (?) of the situation

You're welcome, I really did hope that I was able to explain my words well. also, from what I've known, some of the Team have spoke publicly a more positive experience, before and now. I understand why you might've been confused, but this fandom reaction (mostly outside Tumblr) is sadly expected to me. it is tiring tho ngl

When you come to learn something, first is emotion and react with such. It's not to say "emotions are bad", we are human after all, but some people solely acting on emotion could post something that can't be taken back. Delete it or not, at least one person saw it. We do have a level of responsibility in what we post. idk I'm just the type to usually do my research and consider empathy

Maybe this is because my humor is broken but it's not a boring year. The only negative thing about that could be the factory arc meme but I don't feel that because a mini-arc was ""bad"" the rest of the year is bad

I feel the same way about 2022, mainly because the biggest argument for criticizing that year is the "Mario abuse" bs that is more fake than my heterosexuality

Thank you for the incredible journey! I never knew I would love this series this strong, I’m glad I do! Even tho I stopped in 2021 cause I felt discourage in myself and to focus on work, coming back this year reminded me of the joy I have for this series and for art again! I hope ppl are still making content and loving the series beyond the end
