I think my favorite inclusionist moment is when this person pops up every new weeks when she has nothing better to do and tells me to die and then claims it’s fake
Exclusionist: hi aces aren’t lgbt
What an inclusionist COULD do: oh, here’s some reasons why I don’t agree and I think that rhetoric is harmful
What inclusionists actually do: Okay whatever. Guess we’ll take the bihets with us too, because they’re terrified of you dirty allo gays. Trust me they said that. You reek of privilege and if I had the option, it would be the AP (asexuals and pansexuals) community but whatever. I hope you get stoned #Mogai4life
Trans Lesbians: This rhetoric emulates TERF rhetoric in a way that furthers their movment, and in that way it endangers our lives directly.
What an exclusionist COULD do: oh, wow. that’s a very big claim, and i’m extremely skeptical…but i care about the lives of trans women so i’ll hear you out. do you have any evidence about a correlation of causation between the two movements? can you talk about what it is about ace exclusionism that makes you feel unsafe as a transgender woman?
What exclusionists actually do:
Trans exclusionists: Comparing exclusionists to violent transphobes makes us uncomfortable and also here’s an explanation as to why comparing “rhetoric” is meaningless
What an inclusionist COULD do: Okay I see your point & I’ll respect your wishes
What inclusionists actually do: Well I could stop, but this one exclusionist became a terf and also sometimes you say things that are vaguely similar to what terfs say so that means that all exclusies have terf ideologies and beliefs. sorry I don’t make the rules ://
Your argument requires speaking over a trans woman directly about an issue that affects her significantly more than you! (You seem to forget, you are not their main target. Only trans women are. While other trans people do suffer from their rhetoric, they are not and have never been the main target. You are transmisogyny exempt, so even if you are trans you have absolutely ZERO place talking over an actual trans woman on this issue, and this will ALWAYS be the case because you are always going to be TME).
Your argument requires putting your feelings of discomfort at having your arguments shown to be word-for word TERF rhetoric over the absolute fact that your rhetoric is word-for-word adopted from TERF’s.
Your argument requires putting feelings over fact, talking over the actual target of the group to do so, and ignoring reality. Your argument is a bad one, and makes you actively transmisogynistic.
@retro-course
YOUR argument requires ignoring the fact that the overwhelming majority of inclusionists have provided an overwhelming amount of proof about why asexuality is oppressed on its own, along the same axis of heteronormativity that all other non-straight orientations are, and how this affects heteroromantic aces and heterosexual aromantics.
Your argument also requires putting words in inclusionists mouths. No one is talking like your example except for troll blogs run by exclusionists to mock inclusionists and then get used as examples of real exclusionists when they are not. The only people using the language you used in your example are other exclusionists.
Your argument requires stramanning, putting words in the mouths of others, ignoring all arguments out of the other side with literally dozens of sources, and ignoring reality. Your argument is a bad one.
@courteousmingler has the only good argument in this thread.
If you are genuinely going to say no inclusionist has ever said anything of the sort then you are a liar. But ok
You want to provide proof for your statement that enough actual inclusionists are talking like this that it warrents making a post using ‘inclusionist’ signifying a majority rather than a singular callout of a singular person? Or just call me a liar when we both know that the rates of real people who are really exclusionists and really talking like this are maybe 5?
There are tons of both inclusionists and exclusionists who say terrible things. I’m not saying exlcusionists are perfect. With such a big group of people with differring ideas outside of the one main point (asexuals are either lgbt or not lgbt) there’s no way we can’t have bad people. But I’m talking about how many inclusionists have said shit like that to me on Instagram or here or anywhere. And you disrupting my post and saying “not all of them!!!” Is pretty similar to people saying “not all men” and shit like that.

“Take the bihets too” wow
This Bihet thing is sarcasm because so many aces say “the gay people see bisexuals as straights” as a way to drag bi people along with them. I’m bi so ...jot that down I can say fuckin Bihet
I’m hearing that the new biphobic insult against bi people is “bincel” and I will personally invent the technology that will allow us to punch people through the Internet.
i wonder how long i can jokingly refer to myself as “bihomo” until someone who unironically uses bihet calls me problematic
Highkey tho if you call bi people in m/f relationships straight, "bihet", or any other similar bullshit unfollow me right now
Spring cleaning bitch

how the hell do pan and bi mean the same thing like
wh
Because bi people attraction to same or opposite genders, which includes nonbinary. It doesn’t mean two
Ok ok I may be being obtuse here so please correct me if you feel the need but I’m sort of upset that recently a lot of things I’ve been reading about bi vs pan is saying that bi people have attractions to all genders and like…idk it’s upsetting me bc I identify as pan and I really don’t think bi is an attraction to every gender. It’s making me as a pan feel less included and taking the special out of the pan category
Funny thing is, if you’re really out here identifying as pan and shit, you don’t get a say in how many genders we are attracted to. Sorry that bisexual people loving more then two genders gets rid of your “special card” but no one cares lol
Would you be comfortable with people sharing your post on other platforms about the cats? I can also ask around to see if any of my friends in nj can take the cats in
For the record I am fully comfortable with it, but I have found a place for my cats 🐈
Hey, I just wanted to ask bc I'm kinda new to these terms, what's an exclusionist vs inclusionist? Xx
An exclusionist is someone who thinks asexuality is not an identity that makes you lgbt. You can be lgbt AND ace, but a cisgender heterosexual ace would not be lgbt. Inclusionists think that asexuality is an inherently lgbt identity.Exclusionists usually are against mogai identities as well
Hey everyone! Thanks for all the kind words regarding my cats
I was able to find a close friend who is able to take them and I will be able to see them often! Thank you so much and I will keep you updated
as much as i'd love to give your cats my boy doesn't get along with other cats, but i live in central-ish jersey, would it be alright if i posted a picture of your cats with a link to your blog on facebook? i have a lot of fb friends who like cats including someone who runs a rescue organization
Yes! That would be so helpful! If someone isn’t willing to take them permanently, the most ideal situation would be for someone to take them for the next month while our friend gets their home. We have someone who can take them but they are in the process of moving and won’t be able to take them for the next month so if someone is able to watch them for at least those 30 days, we can provide cat food and litter! 💖
//my ace ass that wants to just drop the label entirely because I hate being associated with /them/: *sees your posts on how inclusionists suck* Tea. I'll drink to that.
bottoms up baby
god i made a post about how my dad and dog were in the hospital and that i needed money for food and i got a few anons calling me an aphobe and saying i didnt deserve help, best of luck to you and your cats
Inclusionists are trash u deserve better
