Foals - Rain Exclusive Record Store Day 2016 release - http://smarturl.it/FoalsRSD www.foals.co.uk
Good night with Foals!
This summer we will have available The Kills’ new album. Here it is their first single, and their first video: ‘Doing it to death’
Latest Daughter’s video for the single ‘How’. You can find it in her new album ‘Not to disappear’
This song is part of Yoko’s new collaboration and remix LP, “Yes, I’m A Witch Too”. It’s out today, and I can’t get over this song with Penguin Prison. My favourite of the album by far!
Quentin Dupieux aka Mr Oizo is back. We know him well because of his massive 1999 hit “Flat Beat”. He’s actually been working constantly since, mainly as a producer for artists such as Uffie (also from Ed Banger). I like Charli a lot, and this pop song has a nice beat without being too heavy.
Son Lux’s new video for ‘Undone’, directed by David Terry Fine, with Jennifer Lott and Samuel Lee Roberts. It make us want to run away.
‘Tutti Frutti’ is the latest New Order’s music video. Enjoy!
Clean is the main single from The Japanese House (aka Amber Bain)’s second EP. Chilled dream-pop with soft synth editing straight from London. Happy Sunday!
Featuring colourful avatars, here it is Animal Collective’s new music video: FloriDada. Enjoy! And be careful with the epileptic attacks!
Reverb Uno’s Super Favourite Songs of 2015
2015 is over and the editors from Reverb Uno have chosen their favourite song of the year. Let’s see what 2016 brings!
BORDERS, by M.I.A. (Jartana’s choice)
Rather than an actual song, I’ve chosen M.I.A.’s latest music video, Borders. I think this music video shows one of the most critical situations of this time. Everyday, thousands of people try to reach their dream in Europe, and unfortunately, most of the time that dream becomes a nightmare.
SLUMLORD, by Neon Indian (Fixeche’s choice)
I’ve chosen Neon Indian’s (aka Alan Palomo) second single from his 2015 album Vega Intl. Night School. The intro is what makes it for me. If you liked the Era Extraña era, you’ll love the groovy catchy beats of Slumlord. The video is also one to be watched.
The Mire is taken from Rationale’s EP Fuel To The Fire. Melancholic with a very 20th Century vibe.
Viceroy is a regular on Reverb Playlists. This edit of The Beach Boy’s Kokomo will make you forget that it’s almost Winter on the Northern hemisphere. Liquid tropicalism for your ears.
A relaxing track from Antwerp-based BABEL. Tagged by the artist as “hangover chill.” Close your eyes and enjoy.
From Japan we have ‘Trustful Hands’, The Dø latest video.
L.A.- based Young Hunting is loyal to the chillwave movement. Blue Dream is a beautiful relaxing track. The best soundtrack for walks along Santa Monica Boulevard.
First video from the next David Bowie’s album, both have the same title ‘Blackstar’. The album will be released on January 8th, 2016.
This is Miami Horror’s cover of Childish Gambino’s Sober featuring vocals from also-Melbourne-based Queen Magic (Nic Mulhall). Their album All Possible Futures was released in April.
