What do you mean killing isn't an act of devotion
they call it committing murder because it's a commitment. it's a more serious commitment than marriage
Chocolate. Heart.
CĀ Ā :Ā Ā CHOCOLATE.Ā Ā does your muse like chocolate? which one is their favourite? She really loves dark, bitter chocolate. Super sweet stuff makes her teeth hurt.
HĀ Ā :Ā Ā HEART.Ā Ā is your muse quick or slow to give their heart away?
After being very quick about it in the past and that leaving her burned, she's tried to put up more walls around her heart. She tries to remain aloof and distant, but really once her heart is in it for someone, they get all of it immediately.
M: MOONLIGHT what is your muses Ideal date where who etc
Mandy always likes when her and her date could go do something together. Despite her liking her privacy, she likes the idea of passively spending time with people that wasn't one on one time until she was ready for that. Concerts or bars are her favorite, and she likes going with people who are fun to be around and distract her from her own head. Afterwards, an ideal date would end up with them stumbling in a party stupor to somewhere private (her home, their home, etc) and being able to lay together in the quiet after the loudness of the night.
The blonde stared at the pig head it was actually kinda cute in a terrifying way which brought her to her current predicament Gently booping the nose she let out a little squeal of excitement and pure happiness.
"Your so CUTE! I love the pig head and the outfit it strangely looks bad ass together."
Amanda couldn't really believe it. Just reaching out and booping her grotesque pig mask was not something that just happened to her often. Not to mention being called cute. "Oh... uh. Thanks. That's very... kind of you." She couldn't help sounding a bit flustered, despite trying to keep her tough composure. She told herself it was because she was just caught off guard. No other reason.
Her fascination with the pig mask only grew. Was that hair? Was the pig mask really really that pink or did she paint it? So many questions and she couldn't figure out where to begin.
"Oh, of course. I mean, the mask is made so different, yet you can see the amount of work that you put in it and the jacket. Yeah, that's just beautiful! I wouldn't mind wearing something like that. I mean, look."
Motioning to her own dark leather jacket that went down to her knees and fluttered up like a dress when she ran, she slightly chuckled.
"The entity primarily gives me my assassin clothes but nothing truly fashionable."
Even if she didnāt take compliments well, Amanda recovered herself quickly after really looking at the outfit Alice was showing her. Despite Alice claiming it wasnāt fashionable, Amanda thought she looked good in it. Very good, actually.
āI think itās nice.ā Was the only lame thing that came out of her mouth. Then, tilting her head and stepping around Alice a little bit, looking at the outfit more. āEver thought of modifying it yourself?ā
Blinking owlishly, bright red eyes slowly swirled into baby blues that almost had pink left over in them. Feeling her face light up bright red, her head almost snapped from how fast she whipped it around to look at her.
"You think it looks nice?" Alice couldn't help but feel as if a God had just complimented her she had never heard the others have really anything nice to say about her fashion.
Her lips twitched up in a shy smile, her hand playing nervously with the edge of the coat as she tried to hide her red cheeks.
"No, I never thought about modifications on it sometimes, though the entity gives me some that are almost the same yet a little different, I guess I always thought that was good enough, you know? But now that you said something, it kinda makes me want to?" Alice was rambling, and the more she thought about how strange she must look too the other currently circling her made her want to just crawl in a hole and cry. God, she was embarrassing herself in front of someone she admired not too long ago.
Oh, she was cute. Amanda immediately clocked how flustered she was, and couldnāt help a smile forming from behind her mask. The rambling didnāt bother her a bit. It had been a long time since sheād managed to get that response from someone, she was glad she still had the ability even here. Though she didnāt really know what could be seen in her, but hey. It worked.
āI really think you could do a lot with this.ā She stepped closer, carefully touching her fingertips to Aliceās leather clad shoulder. ā I can always help. You may find this surprising but Iām very good with leather.ā It was a dry sarcasm, but she always thought it was funny to lean into the whole Pig bit. Why the hell not, right? She was already dead.
If her face wasn't fully red, it was now the closeness and the fingers delicately sliding across her shoulder, feeling her heart pound against her chest her voice came out as a squeak
"You think so? I'm not very creative when it comes to different designs, but I know I want something form fitting."
Turning with her, her blue eyes kept track of her not out of fear of being stabbed but she felt as if she couldn't physically take her eyes off of her as if she did she would be a sinner in the middle of church.
"What else would you suggest? Maybe a full outfit or a new jacket? Or maybe you?"
Laughing her cheeks were even reder if possible, and she wasn't great at flirting, but she could only hope her chances weren't a zero.
It was always a smart idea to keep an eye on Amanda, but she got a different vibe from this look. She maintained eye contact through her mask as she moved to stand in front of the pretty girl.
"You're pretty bold. I like it." Amanda had a lilt to her voice that hopefully would transfer the knowledge she was smirking under the mask. "Why not all three? We can take it slow. We've got nothing but time here, after all."
She was very close to Alice's face, enough to really see how red her cheeks were and practically hear her heartbeat.
"You don't even know what I look like under here." She stated plainly. Amanda didn't think about her looks, quite frankly she usually had other things to worry about. But the idea of showing her face now, mid flirt, was daunting.
Alice didn't need to know what she looked like. Her voice said it all. She was as pretty as a flower but as sharp as a thorn, and Alice liked that. Well, maybe she was curious as to what she looked like under the mask, but for some people, she understood it was hard to part with them like they were a second skin. She would wait for when she was ready
Instead of moving back, Alice moved forward, her nose hitting the pig mask, a smile forming on her face.
"I don't need to know what you look like under the mask to know that your soul is beautiful and isn't that enough?"
At this point, even though she was flirting, she was genuine she didn't care what she looked like she cared about how she responded, how she treated her even in the little interaction.
Wow, this mask could certainly get hot under here when she was blushing. Amanda stepped back just a small bit out of surprise, confidence waning. "Beautiful?" she tried to not sound so.. bitter. Amanda certainly didn't believe her. There was nothing beautiful about who she was, or what she has done. Amanda felt her mood shift. She did like Alice, thought she was the real beautiful one. Despite them being on the same side of the coin in this Fog, Alice retained an aura of friendliness. Amanda felt like she was directing that friendliness at a deeply lost cause. Thus, she felt herself pulling away a bit, taking another cautious step back. "You're talking to the wrong killer for that."
ā iām putting this pillow between us. do not cross it. this is my side. ā
Amanda snorted, the irony not lost on her about that as she shed her grotesque pig mask. Revealing her pale and sunken face, she looked at Sidney with an amused face. "Did you think I was gonna actually go over there in the first place?"
Sidney was still irritated that she had to share a room with someone who tried STABBING her.
She certainly wasn't sleeping tonight.
" I hope not. it's not exactly the most fun trying not to get stabbed. "
āIf I was going to stab you, I would have done it already.ā Amanda rolled her eyes. She hates this predicament as much as Sidney did. She didnāt share well. Unhooking a reverse bear trap from her belt she set it noisily on the ground next to the bed.
āNow, putting a trap on you? Thatās only if things get interesting.ā Amanda didnāt elaborate, instead getting into the bed, trying to take up as little space as possible directly on the edge.
Sidney quietly yelped, scooting even farther away. she's not going to be bear trapped again, that shit hurts.
" Eh. I've heard that before. then I was stabbed. I think it was the discount Billy Loomis. " Who knows if Amanda knew what or who she was talking about. She also found it a bit strange that The Ghostface here wasn't someone she knew. Then again, nothing about this world made sense to her.
Sitting on the bed, she tilted her head at Sidney, limp hair rolling over her shoulder as she did.
āThe stabbing tends to happen a lot here. Forgot youāre new. Youāll get used to it. But Billy Loomis? Whoās that?ā If she was going to be stuck in this bed with this girl, she supposes she might as well indulge in having a conversation.
Sidney was curled into a ball with her pillow, facing Amanda, almost like she was protecting any vital areas.
" Ge- Jesus christ. You make being killed over and over sound normal.
Makes it sound like a really fucked up version of the movie Groundhog Day. "
Sidney rested her chin atop the pillow, glancing down.
It's not something she typically talked about, but what was Amanda gonna do with that information?
" He was the original Ghostface. Well. In my world he was. So that concept isn't new to me.
Kinda why I always survive this one here. I know the next move I guess.
Except well, this one takes photos of thier victims, Billy didn't, at least not that I knew of.
Before I knew he was insane in the membrane, I dated him for like...two years. Long story short, his father and my mother snuck around and his mother left, so he thought it was a good idea to pressure his friend into killing our friends and classmates and my mother.
Then him and his friend tried killing me, in which I killed them both. Found my best friend hanging from a garage door- not exactly the most pleasant thing to find.
Then I set off to college two years later, only for his mother to attempt my life with some freaky Tarantino fan film student named Mickey.
They killed my other remaining best friend, my other friend and my new boyfriend at the time, then of course. Fought for my life, won, and then the last thing I remember..I was in the hospital for a mild concussion..then I guess I ended up here. "
Slowly as Sidney spoke, Amanda pulled her knees to her chest, wrapping her arms around them & setting her head to the side so she could look at her while she told her story.
And what a fucking story. The concept of a crazy life was not new to Amanda by any means, but Jesus. If they werenāt in this impossible situation she may even think Sidney was lying. She knew better, of course. The girl had really been through it.
ā⦠fuck. After all that, and you get stuck here. Even I have to admitā¦. Thatās one screwed up joke.ā It may sound empty, coming from her, who was in fact someone who has, and probably will again, try to stab her. Amanda believed no one could be saved but she admired how Sidney had saved herself. Maybe even a little jealous. If she had been more like that in life maybe⦠well it didnāt matter now. They did end up in the same place, anyways.
āGlad you killed those fuckers. They deserve it. All of them.ā Amanda shifted her head to put her chin on her knees, looking forwards with her dark eyes. āI donāt know a thing about the weird time and universe shit going on here. Weird youāre from a different world then this Ghostface, but theyāre both still⦠Ghostface. I wonder if weāre even from the same world?ā After a pause, Amandaās face screwed up a little, like it was hard to say.
āIām uh⦠sorry. About your friends.ā She sounded as sincere as someone like her could.
Believe her, she didn't wanna believe what happened, happened, but it did and she couldn't change that even if she wanted to.
" Ah, well. The upside is I don't have to watch my friends die over and over. Unless whatever brought me here decides to revive them and do so. Which I'd be happy to see them of course, but I wouldn't wish this on anyone, I don't want them to go through this. "
Sidney knew. Wasn't the most pleasant feeling. Hurt like hell, she knew that, but she'd always wake up elsewhere afterwards, so in a messed up sense she couldn't complain.
Saving herself just came with the package, adrenaline was pretty helpful when it needed to be, compared with quick wits she could survive.
" Mm. I had to. It was either me or them. " Sidney kept her eyes past Amanda.
" I don't know how long I've been here. Time here feels weird. And I guess they are. The concept of Ghostface wasn't remotely introduced to me until '96 and the costume they used is much different than this one they use here. " Sidney shrugged.
" Who's to really say?
Don't be. I may miss them deeply, but I can't bring them back. "
Humming in agreement, Amanda nodded slightly. "That's fair enough. It's the only way to look at things." Amanda understood the idea of self preservation. Me or them, it was the only mentality to have out here. Losing people was just an afterthought, albeit a haunting one.
"I remember hearing about the Ghostface murders sometime in the early 90's... he was some creep who'd kill people and take pictures or something. Pretty sure its the same guy running around here. Still being a fuckin' creep." She stared up at the ceiling with a blank expression. "I guess we may not be from the same universe, then. Weird." She wondered if there was another Amanda running around in Sidney's old world. Did she meet Jigsaw? Did Jigsaw even exist? Maybe other world Amanda never went through those 'tests' and lived a normal life. Pushing the thoughts from her head, she decided it wasn't worth wondering over something that wouldn't ever matter. "The dead should stay dead." Ironic, coming from a dead woman. Moving suddenly, Amanda stretched her legs back out, shrugging off her coat. She should at least get comfortable if she'd be sitting here. The black tanktop she wore underneath her jacket revealed lean arms and bony shoulders, skin riddled with scars. She carelessly threw her coat to the floor.
"You're probably one of the strongest survivors here. I respect it." It wouldn't stop The Pig from doing her job, but it seemed right to say.
Sidney shrugged once more, losing people broke her heart, especially if she was close with the person.
Tatum and Randy's death hit her the hardest, though she didn't show it, she kept it together for Dewey, he was like a brother to her, and she didn't wanna worry him.
The thought of the possibility of never seeing him again hurt her too.Ā
" Mmm... really? Imagine how screwed it would be if it was Billy running around... it's probably not, but still. He's dead, he shouldn't be here technically.Ā
.
.
.
I guess not. "
She had no clue who Amanda was or who Jigsaw was, she was aware however, of Myers and Laurie though, in her world they were nothing more than a horror movie.
" Yeah. I wouldn't know how to feel if I had to face them again. I've got a feeling you and his mother wouldn't getĀ along. " The brunette let out a dry laugh.
She would've never known Amanda was dead unless she said so.Ā
" Thanks. guess I don't have much of a choice now, do I? " She knew that, guess in a way that made them frenemies even if neither acknowledged it.
"I wouldn't count on it not being him just because he's dead. After all, I guess I am too. Or at least I really should be." Amanda paused, realizing that may sound like it could be this guy. For some reason, the thought bothered her that it could be the same man that tormented Sidney all those years ago.
"But don't worry about that. I've talked a bit to this Ghostface. I'm certain he's not your Billy. He's a grown man, not a teen with mommy issues." Calling Danny a 'grown man' was funny because he was an obnoxious little shithead at the best of times. But, he was one of the only other killers Amanda regularly talked to. Or was talked at to. "You're probably right. She sounds like a real bitch." Amanda sneered, she could only imagine what this kind of lady would look like. Some hag trying to kill an innocent girl for killing her dirtbag son, she was certain they wouldn't get along.
"If she does show up, I'll lend you a beartrap." She glanced over at Sidney with the smallest hint of a smirk. Amanda knew she had the guts to kill someone, she wondered if Sidney would use one of her traps to try to save herself... or even get revenge.
