ϟ  ━ woah , i think i just saw REGULUS BLACK ! there’s been so much happening lately that i totally forgot about the PUREBLOOD but i am glad to see HE/HIM still around . they always had wanted to be DRAGONOLOGIST , i wonder how that’s going. the last i heard about them was that they might be involved with THE DEATH EATERS & THE ORDER , but i’m not sure how true that is. besides, they always seemed INTELLIGENT and OBSERVANT . although , now that i think about it they were also RESERVED and COLD . still the SLYTHERIN alum always reminded me of ME AND THE DEVIL by SOAP AND SKIN and long letters that lay unsent , permanent bed-head and exhausted eyes, dozing off with a book in hand , a ball and chain wrapped around an ankle , a sleep walker dressed in finery , black on black on black . i hope they haven’t changed too much !

Regulus huffed out a sigh as Dumbledore left his office, leaving him and Kreacher alone. Kreacher was mumbling to himself, clearly unhappy with Regulus's decision to seek out the headmaster but what else was he to do? Regulus couldn't have returned to the manor, to let Walburga and Orion see the state he was in along with the object he had acquired. He pulled it out of his long-coat pocket, turning it over in his palm. It was a normal locket, but he could feel the dark magic that clung to it.

So many questions ran through his mind along with fear. He could feel the Dark Mark burning, a sensation that never left him. Regulus's hand clutched the locket, as if he could squeeze it into pieces. An anger also taking root within the fear and curiosity.

"What to do, young master?" Kreacher asked, glancing from the locket in his hand to his face. Regulus merely shrugged, not having enough energy to answer.

Shoving it back in his pocket, he afforded himself some much needed rest. He laid back, let himself slip down in the chair, and closed his eyes. He was to wait here until an Order member came and fetched him, to take care of him until... until he didn't know. This was as far as he had thought, and he hadn't even really thought this out.

Kreacher continued to try to converse with Regulus but it annoyed him more than anything. He did not wish to talk more about this at the moment, could only think about how he wanted the damn blood caked to his face off. Dumbledore had only commanded that they stay seated since they arrived, understandably not too trusting of a presumed Death Eater.

"Kreacher. Stop. Talking." Regulus grumbled out, lifting a hand to silence the elf.
