i’m sorry for the absence, guys! i found myself really busy all of a sudden so i’ve been away for awhile, i’m still busy so i’ll be taking a small hiatus until then. i haven’t disappeared so hopefully things will get right back on track soon!

i’ll be out of town until thursday, so excuse me for the slowness, it’s the reason why i haven’t posted anything. i’m still discussing plots but replies are going to wait. i have a few memes in my inbox still, i’m not ignoring them, most require more of my thinking. but feel free to send any and i’m willing to create starters out of them. i’ll see you guys soon!

His face forms a frown, his little brother was mean sometimes, and it was unfair that he was like this to him, his dear older brother who took care of him. Besides if he’d been sleep like he was supposed to this would never have happened and he would of continued on without any worries.  “I was being sneaky, yoouu just so happened to be awake! You always ruin everything.” He flails his arms and hurriedly rushes over to his brother laying in his bed. At first he peerches on the edge of his bed and looks down at him. “He wouldn’t, because he wouldn’t know. You have to keep this quiet.” His eyes in a glare, moving further back on the bed. His hand snakes under the covers and pulls his brother’s foot in a playful manner. Pinching at the skin lightly, before a smirk of his own takes hold of his lips. “You’re my little brother, you are supposed to keep secrets like this for me.” His eyebrow cocking up at him teasingly. “Or should i tell Dae-nee that you want to take the crown from him, hm?”

he never means what he says but his words were always scolded by his father, saying he should be more polite to his older brothers and sisters. at first, he took it into consideration, at least whenever the man was around, or even his mother, the current queen. but whenever they were alone, sharp words keep coming out of the boy’s mouth. just looking at junhong’s expression was enough to amuse him, now automatically rolling his eyes, “obviously you weren’t sneaky enough. i’m not much younger than you, so don’t you think i can do whatever i want? i’m not even that sleepy.” leon basically grumbling to himself, tilting his head towards the side without looking at his brother right in the eyes. tch... junghong looks like such a child when he flails his arms like that. leon glares at him suspiciously without saying anything until he forcefully tries to shake his brother’s hand off of him. “you’re so annoying... what makes you think i want his crown anyways?” he was a little late about that anyway. leon stands up in a huff, "besides, thag isn't the point. where are you going?"

“I’m hard to love.”

“Can you not be dramatic in front of me, Kari? It’s kind of stressing me out.” Leon doesn’t show nervousness, trying not to be awkward in front of his same age sister. Instead he’s standing up straight like he always has when he’s with her. It’s clear that he’s much softer in front of his sisters than his brothers, at least he tries to be anyway. “You’re always dramatic and sometimes, I can’t understand you at all. But it’s not that hard to love you.” 

Now he says this, he feels a little embarrassed. Leon was genuinely trying not to tease her but he was being honest; he’s stubborn, clearly knowing he should make more of an effort. She’s his sister, he knows that. He looks down at her with soft eyes for a moment, which is a rarity until he starts chuckling, nudging her gently on the shoulder, “You should have more confidence in yourself. You have people behind you, y’know.”

“No no no, this can’t be right. You shouldn’t be here.”

“You’re an idiot.” He would be lying if he said he was the least bit amused at his attempts but his facial expression says otherwise, that was how it usually is. Sometimes it was hard to believe that he was younger than him and he was a few inches taller but that didn’t matter right now. At first he laid there, slumped on his bed just resting his eyes, obviously not sleeping since he heard something prior so there really was no reason. It looked like he was right from the beginning. Now Leon was frowning but only for a minute, eyeing him up and down, “I should ask you that question instead. If you don’t want to get caught, you should be more sneaky about it.” Maybe he shouldn’t ask what he’s doing, he already knew the type of shenanigans that junhong would pull. Leon slumps down into his bed again, making himself comfortable, “What would the King think if you’re wandering off the castle at this time?” He asks with a challenging smirk. Leon never tells the King what his brother was up to, he only likes to mess with him.

“Sometimes I can’t tell when you’re lying.”

“I guess that means I’m doing something right then.” He teases her once again, gently flicking her forehead with his two fingers while he sports a confident smile. Leon had always been doing that to her but Naeun wasn’t that much younger than him anyway. He wipes the current expression off his face, to make sure she doesn’t see him pouting but then he starts laughing, “Every time I try to compliment you, you say this. What do you want me to say?” He’s joking, as usual but he understands. The only things that came out of his mouth were light insults but he really meant it this time; there was no way he was going to say anything about it though. “Think what you want, Naeun.”

“This is our little secret. You tell anyone and I’ll rip your mouth off.”

His arms reached towards his wrinkled shirt, fixing himself up before his face grows as stern as ever at the older man, there was really no hint of fear. How dare he handle him like that. “You should be more subtle when you’re trying to keep a secret like that, old man.” Leon was sure that his father wouldn’t like it. His serious face disappears and all there was left was a challenging smirk on the side of his face. He shouldn’t be teasing the other like this when he should be more serious, especially when the king has been stressed out in the last few weeks.

Usually he would let this go but it was too complicated for his mind to even handle or rather take in. this man was also in the military, so it looks like. Now his smirk was gone again, Leon grows serious. “There’s no need to rip my mouth off, who do you think I am?” Now he was faux offended. Like he thought, he didn’t want to make the king’s job any harder than it was now so leon had to be smart about this. He was sure that the other was ready to bare the consequences, so he hopes. 

He sighs, crossing his arms in front of his chest, “Who are you to tell me to keep a secret like that? you’re lucky that I don’t want to make this problem harder for the king.” Now he was annoyed, already a hint of it laced in his own words. “Just so you know, i’m not making an promises to you.” Leon stares at him, just to show that he was serious but he was going to listen to an eighteen year old, right? Leon purposely tries to think just long and hard for a moment but he never doubts himself one bit.

hello both new and old members. i’m a new member so i haven’t gotten the chance to join this place yet so i’m curious to see how far i’ll get. i’ve heard about the roleplay but never actually joined before it went on hiatus. i’ll be playing leon, he’s pretty insensitive and arrogant but nothing gets by him, he’s pretty smart and broad minded. no need to worry, he’s nice too! i based his personality on someone but i won’t say because i’ll be embarrassed but if you successfully guess, you’ll be my favorite person, tbh~ like this to plot or you can always contact me through the IM system. i’m eager to get started!
