in saff and i's hellverse has a bit of an outline to it.
the hellverse does not adhere to the exact canon
the portal 1 cores are the "First Generation Cores", being made from 1994-1995. the portal 2 cores are the "Second Generation" and were made from 1995-2002. the cores will be introduced in the order they were made/activated in. the hellverse features two other cores who are loosely based off of portal 2 and lego dimensions, they will be introduced as well.
aperture science personality core androids are programmed and designed to be as human as possible! we here at aperture science work hard to make our revolutionary personality cores diverse and inclusive! (this is the most canon compliant excuse ive come up with for headcanoning all these freaks as mixed and disabled because i never not project. - brutus)
Millie (Intelligence Core)
millie is who saff and i play! millie is the intelligence core/cake core from portal 1.
she/her, fem presenting, agender i suppose, we dont really assign a gender to her. she's a Robot.
millie is programmed to be in her mid 30s, around 35. she's the oldest of the cores and plays an older sister/mother hen role to her group of the first and second gen cores.
millie is autistic and hyperverbal, mainly communicating in recipes (inspired by a comic, will be tagged later), millie has a very monotonous voice and will typically go very quiet when she's not reciting recipes. millie really only speaks normally around people shes close with. she's a very awesome weirdwoman
millie is short and fat, she's lightskinned with vitiligo across her face and body. millie has dark blue eyes and black hair that's in thick, short braids with blue tips.
millie was the first core to be made, the anger core coming second. millie and anger are very close and care for eachother dearly.
millie worked under cave johnson for a good while as a bizarre chemist-baker. this will probably be posted about sometime
millie took wheatley under her wing after he arrived in 1995. millie is wheatley's older sister and she loves him very dearly.
millie loves baking and cooking, she cooks the most out of everyone in aperture. millie has an affinity for weird food, especially rhubarb. she has a forced rhubarb shed and acts like it contains hard drugs. she'll sneak weird and potentially dangerous ingredients into food as a joke and even eat it herself, completely uncaring. baking is a love language of millie's and despite her quiet and apathetic disposition she's trying to tell you she loves you if she bakes you something completely normal or invites you to cook with her.

so devoted to millie the lines blur and vise versa. looks like astv hobie brown
Curiosity

mute like 99.9% of the time, uses an aac and a soundboard. aperture science's token deadpanning autistic genderthing

Orion (Space Core)
curiosity's cousin! orion is a silly silly autistic thing. they have issues regarding cave johnson (in our timeline orion is the first core to come after cave johnson's death. and y'know the moon rocks. and space)
Cassius (Fact Core)
we admittedly don't talk about fact a lot, sorry fact truthers. this has CHANGED. GREATLY. cassius has npd and has a really bad relationship with makarramkhan (their cousin). cassius is Bad with relationships but has wound up in situationships with both grady and rick
Rick (Adventure Core)
aperture's token cowboy stone butch. also a father via 'adoption' in the hellverse. wheatley's butch.
Karishma/Chitrangda (Amorality Core)
the amorality core from lego dimensions! after glados unleashed hell aperture employee's rushed to make a back-up morality core incase something happened to makarramkhan. that's what karishma was supposed to be before they corrupted. karishma's like 8
Inara (Impression Core -> Flashlight Core)
you know that flashlight core that hangs above the defective cores at the end of portal 2? yeah thats her. she got blorboed. she's rick's daughter. references to her age fluctuate
Grady
cares a lot about cassius and the others, but especially cassius
