I’ve been in solitude to reflect, analyze, conclude, integrate, and repeat. I’ve spent too long psychoanalyzing people & situations that illuminate subconscious wounds or create new lesions. Wounds, lesions, scars: poetic ways to describe the trauma. For personal development, I’m ditching the theatrics—the painful connotation is maladaptive rather than cathartic. Now, redirecting my focus to neuroplasticity: the mind's ability to adapt, learn, & mold through stimulus, repetition & intensity—the double-edged sword of the mind. It is responsive to distressing events, creating long lasting impacts on our neurocircuitry. However, identifying stressors & consciously choosing the latter when reacting, the brain is extremely amendable. My overall goal is to change my neurochemistry through repeated behavior. I’m striving to learn more about the human mind, how it integrates external with internal. I’m hoping to destroy destructive coping mechanisms to enhance my personal evolution. I want to document my experience.

if you’re reading this, this is a sign that you CAN do the thing you’re putting off right now. i promise! and imagine the relief after you complete it! starting is the hardest part, but once u turn off distractions, break it down into small bits, and get some of it done today, you will feel so much better.

I was doing a challenge and then I got tired, holidays came, school got busy, got tired again ... but I’m feeling energized now. Turns out social media breaks are good for you, who would’ve thought ???
Turns out I was tired bc I had covid...lmfao I’m okay! I’m blessed and grateful I only had cold symptoms and fatigue. The fatigue & headaches lasted the longest. Like I said, I’m okay, and I hope everyone is having safe holidays! 🤍
