He held himself with an untouchable air, most days. One to keep people away; a lie about how strong he actually was. He wanted the people around him to be wary; to know he wasn’t worth the trouble. Unfortunately, today, he didn’t have the strength to keep up the facade. His curse was too much of a burden.

Shivering quietly, he tucked his arms into the sleeves of his yukata. He couldn’t shake the chill, despite the clear heat. Perhaps he should have stayed in bed... His thoughts were clouded, his senses dulled. He didn’t even notice he wasn’t alone.

Glancing to the stranger with a furrowed brow, Kiritsugu said nothing. He simply frowned, averting his eyes to the ground at his feet.

Another day, another case. Seemed he couldn’t get a break for long; this island and it’s inhabitants were as unpredictable as he was, it seemed. Sighing out a huff of cigarette smoke, Kiritsugu leaned against the wall outside the agency. It gave him a chance to think over his findings; decide his next move.

Spotting a young woman caught him from his thoughts; as heavy-leaden as they may be. He cleared his throat, and stepped forward to greet her. “The agency’s pretty busy. You need somethin’?”

A homecooked plate full of hamburgers is left on Kiritsugu's table, as well as a note that wishes him happy father's day and invites Kiritsugu to come meet and have dinner with the girl he is currently living with sometime.

While it’d been a surprise, Kiritsugu found himself laughing as he spotted the plate. Should have expected this; Shirou always found a way to sneak things like this by him. Picking up his chopsticks, he got to work on clearing the plate.

“Aaah…~ He gets better, each time…” He muttered to himself. Looking over the note, he couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow. He hadn’t expected Shirou to get a girlfriend, while he was here… What was he saying, about being useless with girls? 

He smirked, shifting to pull his phone out of his pocket.

[CALLING: EMIYA SHIROU…]

“When were you planning on telling me about your girlfriend, buddy?”

I wanted to apologize for really dropping the ball on event stuff and activity in general; I hit a small depressive slump that turned into a major one when I lost a pet that was very dear to me. I’m gonna try being better, but again, I’m sorry for any delays.

It wasn't much to him, as holidays never were. But if he's to make a effort, the least he can do is a simple gift for a simple man. A popular cigar brand for the occasion, left at his door. With a note saying "Happy Father's Day."

Had it not been for the note, he may not have even noticed it. He wasn’t a particularly clean man throughout his life; housework was never his forte. A pristine note among a sea of dull colors; just the thing to catch his eye.

“... Must be from Shirou.” He muttered, looking over the pack with a smile. As long as he was alright, out there. While he was sure he could handle himself, some instinct would never die

A package was wordlessly shoved at him before she turned on her heel and ran away. Somewhere in the distance a splash could be heard. In the package was a nice black cloak! Something to keep him hidden from his Mist Reaper.

“Eh-- Illya! Hold on, it’s--!”

And, she was gone. A familiar anxiety sunk into the man’s chest as he watched he vanish into the crowds. He’d have to go after her, but... What could have been so important, for her to put herself at risk for him?

His concern melted away into a small smile, as he pulled the cloak out and tossed it around his shoulders. She wouldn’t be hard to follow; her legs were only so long. Perhaps this could protect them both, if need be.

I’m trying to keep this post short and concise, but it needs to be made, since a heavy accusation has been brought up against me by another Isola user that has prevented me from having further interactions with my castmates. Note: I am not trying to paint the person who made this accusation in a bad light, I am merely trying to clear my name, because I take the accusation of Islamophobia quite seriously. In fact, I don’t even know who the person who made the accusation against me is, I just know that it was made.

It was brought to my attention recently, that I was accused of Islamophobia by another Isola member who happens to be muslim as well. This is the screenshot that was posted by the aforementioned user: 

However, I AM NOT @MatoKariya ! The person making the statement about the Quran is my friend Jinn. Who, actually happens to be a practicing muslim himself. How he expresses his faith is not up for debate, but I would NEVER make a joke about a religion/culture I do not belong to. That is unacceptable and I do not condone that kind of behavior. 

I understand, that given Jinn’s icon of Kirei Kotomine, why he would be confused for me. But the aformentioned statement was not made by me. Was never made by me. That’s all I have to say.
