Day 3 down and feeling really sore. I also have a perfectly circle blister the size of a bottle cap on my heel. But it’s all good…

Hey, so it's week 15, I've quit tumblr, and I've still exercised every day. I've lost over 50 pounds, and I've gone from being 80% at risk for diabetes to being 0% at risk. I've applied and gotten accepted to college for music, I started a watercolor, I feel happy for the first time in a while, and it's time for me to say goodbye. If you take anything from this, don't give up. I spent years trying to lose weight in both healthy and unhealthy ways. Life gets better. Keep pushing. I love all of you and I'm so thankful for everyone who encouraged me. I hold extremely fond memories of tumblr and this community. Maybe some day I'll be back, but for now, I love you all. Love, Kai
