Okay guys, I need your help, please!

I use Tumblr on my phone and until now there was a message button next to the notifications, but now only the notifications are in the middle, the message button disappeared and I'm actually freaking out...

If I search for a profile I don't find it anymore...ppl that I've already talked to, it won't let me send more... but I can follow ppl, I got activity notifications...

Low-Cal Soy Chicken & Broccoli 🌸

The finished product (after cooking):

broccoli 185g - 41kcal

chicken 85g - 147kcal

soy sauce 5g (50-70% evaporates) - 3kcal

Total: 191kcal

Ingredients:

chicken 100g

broccoli 250g

soy sauce 10g

Cooking process:

🌸 Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, then roast in a small amount of olive oil - cook until golden brown

🌸 Steam & roast the broccoli in a pan, add 100g of water, a small amount of olive oil and a few drops of soy sauce - cook until the edges are dark brown

The rest was just decoration:

tomato 55g - 10kcal

or

peas 9g - 6kcal

baby carrots - 2kcal
