what rlly stuck with me from this video is daniel saying he is avoiding dairy. I remember an old interview of max saying something about daniel no one knows. And he started by saying sometimes when you are in a room with daniel, it’ll start to smell… and he never finished and just laughed. But I assume he meant nassssty farts. My guy must be severely lactose intolerant 🥹😭😭. Bc ive never met anyone being lactose intolerant and avoiding dairy. Idk its just so funny to me that thats what max came up with and now seeing this lol.

#my first thought when he said no to the McFlurry because he had a padel tournament later wasn’t that he was lactose intolerant #because as a fully Italian kid he must have grown up eating a lot of dairy #and I think he’s more or less find with it given that he used to eat around 10 pizzas over a race weekend when they would be in Monza #but my first thought was more along the lines you can take the athlete out of a professional sport but not the strict eating issues #I know he’s talked a bit here and there about overcoming the guilt that comes with eating whatever he likes in this post retirement part #of his life #but you can tell it’s been difficult to completely let go of the mindset that has ruled his life for so long #anon ask
