Extended adventures. The zero emission mission x @polestarcars The CAKE take: Speaking about electricity, it’s not a clean choice by automation. Extracting elements, processing material, manufacturing, transportation and use are examples in need for electricity and depending on the source, it might be more or less sufficient, in regards to sustainability. CAKEworks is active in a number of ways to accelerate and to improve initiatives to minimize footprint, in the transition from combustion to electric. -It’s not going to happen overnight, it’s a process and the more people and organizations committed to making a difference, the sooner we will get there. Speaking about batteries, the issues are clear, while the development is fast. The increasing demand of batteries, together with the strive for better performance and more sustainable solutions accelerate the development. (The process is in full action, can't wait for our partner, #Northvolt with world’s greenest batteries in the making) The increased use is pushing the limits and we can expect cells that charge faster, have higher energy density, more cycles and better overall performance. This is just the beginning, whenever a new cell occurs that's either greener or better performing CAKE will use it. CAKE-batteries are hot swappable on all models which means that whenever a new battery standard is introduced from CAKE, they can be used on current bikes, from earlier generations. So no need to get a new bike.
