Brainstorm > Sketch > Design > Develop > Launch . My development approach. One thing I love the most about UI/UX Design/Development is problem-solving. Yes, it's a very stressful and a mental-energy consuming industry, but the feeling you get when you finally find a solution is super rewarding and trumps every stress you went through to find that solution. . Too many peeps out here shy away from this career path due to what is perceived as "scary, nerdy and stressful", but is so rewarding both salary-wise (long-term) and career-wise. I see it as a super power - we as #developers are creators of the internet, serve information and are providers and innovators of solutions for everyday problems. And with that, you can never be without a job, because every business needs a technical thinker, especially with the shortage of IT people in South Africa (majority being women). . Have you ever had a wanting to take IT as a career but didn't? What made you steer away from it? (at Durban, KwaZulu-Natal) https://www.instagram.com/p/B9rj6HoHXwV/?igshid=8y3cezqpbu0
