Oh my godddd thank you so much for reaching out. I read about your situation and it makes me really sad that you’re going through this. It makes me even more sad that I can relate to your situation. Men can be real bitches sometimes, can’t they?

I’ll try to help you out by telling you what I’ve been doing. Most of it might be what Jefferson has already suggested, but it still really has helped me.

1. Make sure you always have someone to reach out to so you can sort out your problems, whether it’s a therapist, family, or just a really good friend. In my case, Hamilton has been there for me since the beginning, and it’s really helped relieve stress.

2. Always give yourself some time to be alone. At least for me, going out to parties and being social all the time is draining and doesn’t help me at all. Instead of that, I like to go on walks around the rig while listening to music to gather my thoughts.

3. If things start getting bad, CALL AUTHORITIES. You can even file a restraining order.

I really hope this helps you. I understand it seems like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel, but I promise you there is. You can do this!! Maria is proud of you :)

Yesterday he told me that he was going to make my life miserable if I went through with the divorce. Hamilton says he’s bluffing, but it’s still kind of traumatizing.
