A leaflet published by the Better Together campaign in advance of last week's referendum states clearly that "The day after a No Vote the timetable for further powers will be published as a motion before the UK Parliament. All UK parties will support the motion." I am unable to find any evidence that this motion was published on Friday. As the leader of the Better Together campaign, could you please confirm that this motion has indeed been published as promised? If it has not, could you please explain why the first deadline in this extremely important process has been missed? Kind regards,

All three party leaders have signed up for the plan to get an enhanced devolution package on the statute books by Burns Night next year – January 25 – in the event of a No vote in the referendum.
