OMG i just bought my ticket for Babymetal in the Anaheim show!!

I think I might buy Babymetal concert tickets, but I'm nervous because I would be going by myself and it's a venue with only standing room, idk why but I would be nervous about getting crushed by other people... like I think I need to just gather my courage and buy the tickets because I really want to go, but going to live events by myself is always hard too :/

this anxiety happened with the last live event I went to, I was going by myself as well but it turned out super fun!! But that was a live show with seats, this would be a metal concert with a mosh pit and stuff, and I have a fear about getting crushed by crowds, and also there is always the fear about going to concerts by myself as a woman...idk I think I would have fun but it's just the anxiety that makes these things difficult :(

when people would complain about the avengers because they "wanted a trio" for babymetal, i thought it was kind of annoying because they were usually just using it as an excuse to hate on the avengers and bring up Yui

but like...now that they are back as a trio it actually makes me so happy lolll

Some BM fans are really getting on my nerves, CONSTANTLY bringing up Yui even though it's been 5 years since she left??? Like thats almost half of how long BM has been a group, she's clearly not coming back. If the only reason you liked BM was Yui then stop listening. Please move on.

What I’m getting from this is Babymetal is collecting Metal Grandpas and Dads and I for one, love it.

Fun facts about Babymetal:

- They had never heard a death metal song before being assigned to the project by their idol group Sakura Gakuin

- The main composer of their music is Herman Li, lead guitarist of Dragonforce. Although the girls got into it and made some of the songs themselves.

- The hand gesture they’re doing here, rather than the devil horns 🤘, is the Sign of the Kitsune, which I’m pretty sure they made up. And all the guys here are doing it with them.

- They’re actually pretty old for Idols now, as horrible as that sounds. A lot of people got extremely worried when Su-Metal, the oldest, became 19, because a lot of idols are expected to retire before then. She is now 23 and I’m stoked that they’re breaking Idol traditions.

- My partner is a huge metal fan, like all kinds, and he is probably the biggest fan of Babymetal I know.

- They roll harder than you. 🤘🤘🤘✨
