His outfit already has a lot of belts, so I appreciate his jacket has room for one more belt to go around his waist lol

His shirt and pants are very tightly held together by a series of tied strips.

I think the full-arm gloves are so cunt actually.

The clothing beneath is just a recolor of the clothes he wears beneath his jacket. Either they just found him a new set in the same style he likes, or his original clothes were provided by Vermeil. I like to think his jacket was provided by the Rangers.
