The Hero Time kept silent, his voice wasn’t worth this king’s time. Link draws his sword from its scabbard without hesitation. From what he has heard of this king does to the neighboring kingdom just made him sick. His gesture better make a good answer or else his coolness of being a silent hero didn’t pay off.

    Though, it was too late, the shock target his back. Causing the dear hero to completly paralyzed. Falling down to the ground hard with a THUD. He couldn’t move, his master sword was tossed at the side and his shield the opposite from him. Dearest Link was defenseless.

She was only too happy to follow.

It was probably better than trying to make their way through town. She wasn’t generally given the chance to walk outside the castle walls. There was paperwork to be done. Decrees to be signed. Ideas, and concepts to be listened to. Sometimes she had to be present in court jurisdictions. Her life was so busy, that she had slowly begun to forget about the entire concept of free time. Moments like this were those that she cherished more than anything else in the world.

The chance to spend time with a wonderful friend.

“You will look wonderful.” Of this, she was certain. He already looked pretty good in what he was wearing now. Just imaging him in something else was fascinating. A bit strange, as it was all she had ever seen him in, but wasn’t it fun to dress up sometimes? She loved getting the chance to wear a new dress. Something different from the traditional garb she was meant to wear. Something that made her feel beautiful. That’s what she wanted for him. Something that made him feel really good about himself. Clothes could make all the difference in someone’s confidence.

Not that Link appeared to be lacking any of that.

“I used to get lost myself, when I was younger. The castle is so big. But these days, I can determine where I am, even when everything looks generally the same. Life can be so busy sometimes. It makes me happy, to finally have some time to spend with you. I have greatly missed your company, Link.”

At least he wasn’t the only one who has gotten lost in the castle. That place more like a maze rather than a palace that housed the royal family. Though, time after time, he has gotten better navigating the place. It was true that some corridors looked the same, but everything has it small differences.

“ That’s good to hear Zelda. ” Link smiles, glad he wasn’t alone. “ I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. ”

Though right after, Zelda mentioned that she missed spending time with him. As did he. Sure being out of the castle walls and onto the lush fields of Hyrule was great and all, but he did like to take some time to relax. Have some milk and lay back against a shaded tree. Play the ocarina or nap the rest of the day away. Then look up at the stars and gaze a bit before falling back asleep.

“ As do I, ” Link replies back to Zelda. “ Sure it’s fun and all adventuring, but sometimes a hero needs to relax and spend time with the people he cares about. A just reward for protecting Hyrule. ”

            “ You do have a fair point there Nabooru, ” Like replied with a smile on his face. “ I should give it a try! Those all sound like great ideas. ” The horse back riding sounded great for him, since he was great with Epona, and could try and teach either one of the maidens how to ride. Unless they know how which would be a plus.

            “ She could be the first one I start with. ” Link stated, since it sounded like a good idea. “ Since I’ve already impressed her, I should start there. ”
