In response to requests for a review of this fab play….
After Dinner - a preview
Girls out for a night of dinner and dancing
Men meeting up - one talking, one prancing.
Now here is the thing, and I do hate to spoil it
The drama begins when one goes to the toilet.
It’s funny but poignant, and awkward for wives
And husbands reflecting on days of their lives.
There’s flirting and drinking and splitting of cost
And misunderstandings of gender and loss.
“Stephen’s” long locks are a dream to behold
And so is the jacket when sleeves have been rolled.
He’s alpha to zeta, you can see where we’re headed,
But hiding short-comings with ladies he’s bedded.
He moves like Travolta, like the Fonz, opportune,
His lean and his groove thing will leave you to swoon.
The plot and the ending we haven’t betrayed,
He’s ready and willing, where are you? Adelaide!
Here are some recently discovered outtakes from all the My Fair Lady Q&As from this year.
Anna O’Byrne really is the gift that keeps on giving. Please send her loads of love for putting these online.

We did it!
We are THRILLED for Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries and the fantastic team at Every Cloud Productions on this remarkable achievement.
Well done everyone who donated, shared the links, and sent all their love and support for the Kickstarter campaign. What a great testament to our love of these very special characters. Cheers!
14/10/17: It’s time for Henry Higgins to hang up his tweeds as the My Fair Lady Australia extravaganza reaches its conclusion. I hope you guys have enjoyed this little adventure down under as much as I have. It’s been… loverly.
Are you talking about Julie Andrews or yourself?
A Symphony in Black and White
Congrats to the ever lovely and gorgeous Charles Edwards, who has reached his 48th year of earth today, the 1st of October! What an exceptional year you’ve had, good sir. From pottering about on Sherlock to becoming King of England to a mammoth Australian tour under the direction of Dame Julie Andrews, who also happens to share a birthday with you too, which is amazing.
So here’s to you, Charlie. Thank you for being awesome, and may you continue to be our shining star on stage and screen for many more years to come.
20/09/2017: At the Capitol Theatre, My Fair Lady ensemble member, Daniel Belle, offers us an exclusive interview with Charlie :D
Charles Edwards appearing on the TV show, Sunrise, 29/08/2017. This is a short but a very charming and hilarious interview, which I very much recommend watching.
What do you cook? (x)

“My dad flew out to Melbourne to see me in [My Fair Lady]… He saw it four times in the space of a week.”
As a child, British actor Charles Edwards, of Downton Abbey fame, loved listening to the musicals in his dad’s record collection, particularly My Fair Lady starring Julie Andrews and Rex Harrison.
“I used to be fascinated by the man (Harrison) who was talking and singing. I didn’t really understand him but I could tell he was being funny because of the timing. And he was grumpy, which made me laugh. I was always drawn to irascible characters,” says Edwards.
