A new version update has been released!
People who were experiencing bugs (apparently both iOS and Android users), please update to the latest version and reply back to us on this post whether the bugs are still happening or not.
Check your wifi connection (playing and updating over data instead of wifi is never recommended and more often corrupts your game file)

Backing up your data and then reinstalling the game
Backing up your data, uninstalling the game, deleting all the game files, then reinstalling the game
The new update is kinda big, so please make sure you test the above suggestions before telling us it doesn’t work. Sometimes something as simple as force stopping the game or cleaning your cache will fix everything.

When you enter the game, a message should pop up telling you to update to the latest version. For some, clicking on it will redirect you to the app store. For some, this won’t happen though, so just manually enter the app store and update the game.
For iOS users:
Remember that you need to be on the Japanese app store both to update the game and to play it.
For Android users:
Sometimes QooApp takes a while to post the latest update, so if you don’t see it, just come back later. Might need to update QooApp itself as well if there’s some kind of update lying around (you can see it in the right-hand menu).
