We brought home two hermit crabs from the boardwalk and somehow that spiraled into us getting them a beautiful environment, complete with a heat lamp.

It’s literally how they’re supposed to live of course, but I know people who would go ‘wtf’ at spending so much on crabs, because they’re looked at as cheap pets. BUT WHATEVER it’s also a cute little beach habitat that decorates my room too. xD

We just need a few more things (esp things for them to climb!! there’s just hidey spots right now) but it’s nearly perfectly put together. AND it’s a ten gallon tank, which is what websites suggest for two crabs.
