Water yourself, even in toxic environments. Groom yourself, even in toxic environments. Pamper yourself, even in toxic environments. We are nothing if not a sum of our habits. Don't wait to escape to start being who you deserve to be.

#RisingWinnersAgainstMalaria
On 12th and 13th April, Rising Winners Youth Empowerment Initiative participated in County Accelerator Dialogues, held by the Zero Malaria Campaign Coalition (ZMCC) aiming at fostering multi sectoral partnerships to amplify the work of the malaria community, increasing awareness about Malaria. The ZMCC will particularly focus on bringing together diverse partners from across the private, media and creative sectors; talent and influencers; all alongside the malaria community, to create communications that shape public perception of malaria as a deadly disease, yet a disease that is preventable and treatable and most importantly that can be eradicated. The ZMCC will be the engine that unites partners to power sustainable malaria campaigns across the country, delivering transformational public awareness, and inspiring political action. Let's join hands to end Malaria in Kenya.

Earliest we know our HIV status we can get HIV treatment (called antiretroviral therapy or ART) and remain healthy for many years. Studies show that the sooner people start HIV treatment after diagnosis, the more we benefit.
