Animal Crossing: New Horizons fossils for TS2

Perfect for a museum! This is ALL the fossils converted from ACNH, the skeletons were in multiple parts, so I put them together and removed the bases. I sized these roughly to life size, so they are HUGE, ecspecially the Brachiosaurus and Diplodocus. The Brachiosaurus is about 3 stories high! They are also HIGH POLY - you have been warned! They each only have a one tile footprint though, for more flexibility with placing them. I used the texture from @shastakiss' Tyrannosaurus skeleton.

The smaller fossils each sit on one tile, and use the original textures from ACNH. All of the fossils are in Deco -> Sculptures, and are priced appropriately high - a dinosaur skeleton shouldn't be cheap!

got hyperfocused on finishing the funeral home for the town's local vampire but i'm so happy with it!! :3c public funeral parlor + office on the ground floor, residency on top, and morgue i had to stick in the garage because basement construction was frustrating u_u

messed up my custom hood with terrain cheats during my lunch break 😭 yet it's probably for the best, i've learned a lot since coming back after 20-something years and now know the build mode system better, plus how to manage pe and stealth hoods. clean slate!

the last time i played Sims 2 was in middle school, loading the same family i made over and over in Strangetown. twenty years later, i'm learning how to make my own hood, apartments, npcs, and s2 community lots for the first time! it's slow going, but a lot of fun!

i'm using @jellymeduza's Muddy Swamp terrain to make a New Orleans-like neighborhood, with additional inspiration from historic black neighborhoods around where i live ✨

hiiii :3 i'm pretty much scrubbing this blog of all traces of s4 gameplay except for wcifs and my cc recolors. with a resurgence of s2's popularity i get to enjoy all the things i liked about 4 (building, decor) being converted for a game i prefer for everything else (2's genetics system, rotation gameplay, art style, humor, hood customization). i also don't have sims 4 on this computer so i won't be able to help with any file issues down the road, sorry TT_TT

The lighting in these screenshots makes it look like a TS2 post and honestly I’m kinda into that.

Hi! Some more maxis match recolors, now with standalone packages. Warning that the two Skyrim skulls do have some wonky shadows that were part of the regular package that I couldn’t get rid of, but other than that they look pretty good with other clutter!

Took a break from doing nothing but playing CL over the weekend to work on something cute and farm-y: Those vintage planter clocks you see going for hundreds of dollars on eBay. Luckily for your sims, these are only $150 in-game.

Original s2 mesh is by Raynuss, converted for s4 by TheSimsPowderRoom! They don’t do anything, but you can find them with both Electronics and Decor.

Originally I wasn’t going to share this recolor because I’m pretty sure I saved the texture over the original mesh, but it turns out FAB/The Shed on the S4S is cool with that sort of thing! Just in case you still need or want the original mesh anyway, you can get it HERE! (scroll down a bit)

This is just a recolor of FAB’s Geode Shells with a more maxis match look, because I wanted more than just the cartoony Sixam ones in my game. They look the cutest when they’re small, but it’s all up to you and your rock-enthusiastic sims!
