RM: (with a suspecting facial expression), what the h*ll!?
JM: It’s just that I look forward to having a conversation with hyung.
RM: Just laughing, not speaking or something like that is unacceptable. Since I’m gonna ask Jimin questions, so reply properly.
RM: (he worriedly sighed) We’ll talk about each other’s real image this time. First of all, what moment/time am I excited?
JM: (he speaks in Japanese) RAPMONSTER といえば、服！[Speaking of RAP MONSTER, clothes!] When he is wearing cool clothes, his seemingly happy face when he discovers [nice clothes]…
RM: What kind of facial expression is that?
JM: More than the usual, your eyes sparkle. “キラキラキラー” [Twinkle twinkle twinkle]
RM: Not “これほしい～ギラギラー” [I want this~dazzle dazzle!]? (laughs) [JM used kira kira kira to describe RM’s eyes, RM teasingly replied by not using kira kira, but gira gira instead. Both words have similar meaning tho, lol]
JM: Just by looking at your eyes, I know that you like the clothes. Nonetheless, I’d buy, but not give [it] to you. (in Japanese) ゴメネ. [I’m sorry]
RM: Oh, so you have the intention to buy it [for me].
JM: Sorry. It was just all talk. [lol, Jimin] Conversely, what moment/time do I feel good?
RM: When you have lots of sleep.
JM: (suddenly speaking in a documentary way of MCing) Is that true? I’ve always been thinking, why does RAP MONSTER make weird noises when he is feeling good, when he is excited etc.
RM: (laughed out loud) “make a strange sound”, I’ve been told of it by other people, but I wonder isn’t it that bad?
JM: Even while the car is moving, it surprises us when you suddenly make strange sounds. (pointing at RM, and speaking in Japanese) へんデス。[You’re strange.]
RM: There’s something bubbling out from my body. It’ll explode if I don’t let it out.
JM: Even at the back stage just before the concert, you shout right? Perhaps ARMY can hear it too?
RM: Uwaaa~. That’s too embarrassing. ARMY, please pretend that you don’t hear it even if you do.
What’s JIMIN’s jinx, who in the team gets easily nervous?
RM: Next question. “JIMINくんは緊張しやすいと聞きましたが、本当ですか？” [We heard that JIMIN-kun easily gets nervous, is it true?] It’s true. Yes, finished~.
RM: I’m also the [type of] person who gets nervous, but Jimin’s nervousness [manner of being] is amazing. We’re a team. When did you especially felt nervous recently?
JM: That time/occasion has already passed, it was probably the MAMA stage. We weren’t at home [not in Korea]. But I calmed down when the intro of “Boy In Luv” played out.
RM: Really? If you weren’t nervous, you wouldn’t have that much mistakes in the choreo right?
JM: Hehehe. Did [that] expose me? [RM knew of it and JM was kinda teasingly telling that his secret was out]. I fail if I prepare too much, it’s a jinx, right? So, I must properly dance just until I can confirm [it] every time before concert/live performance, but since it’s a big award ceremony that time, I confirmed the dance until just before [it]. It seems like it backfired. [sorry, I feel I have to explain further: I had a hard time with this part. he’s saying that he practiced until right before the MAMA stage, it’s too much compared to the usual, so he had mistakes during the performance]
RM: From now on, if Jimin dances before the concert, I’m gonna say “やめて” [stop it] (laughs). By the way, I wonder, who is the strongest man, who doesn’t get nervous in BTS?
JM: I wonder too, maybe SUGA-hyung. And Jin-hyung and V also don’t get nervous, right?
RM: Jungkook also, he seems to not get nervous that much.
RM: It’s because we are sensitive.
JM: (in Japanese) センサイ デス [We are sensitive.]
RM: Next, “ 防弾少年団の中で一番面倒くさいのは” [Who is the most annoying in BTS?]… It’s Jimin.
JM: (in Japanese) 兄ちゃん、 なんですかぁ。そりゃないよ～ [Hyung, what are you saying? There’s no such thing.~]
RM: Ah, even V and Jungkook are annoying. They say “Hyung, this isn’t interesting, right?” while showing a video which is completely not interesting.
JM: (laughs) I think J-HOPE-hyung also is the type who wants attention. But when I mess around, it’s J-HOPE-hyung whom I [mess around with], so we are the same. Rap Monster-hyung doesn’t play much. Even if [he] doesn’t play along, he faces [us] unflinchingly. No matter how many times, challenge is my strong point.
RM: My best friend is my phone. Surfing the net, listening to music, playing games. I’m busy playing with my phone, I don’t need Jimin.
RM: Jimin sulks even with petty things. J-HOPE too, since Jimin is “Suneo” [character in Doraemon], he said that I must support [you]. Great, J-HOPE is.
JM: J-HOPE-hyung, I love you! Comparing that to JIN-hyung…. What he tells me whenever I look like I’m sulking. “You’re not very good today”, “You didn’t do well”, “You look small”, he says (laughs).
RM: JIN-hyung is strict with appearances. He checks the members’ appearance from top to bottom every day, he’s in charge with managing [the] appearance.
JM: It’s frustrating, so I complain to myself, rebelling a bit. Rap Monster-hyung, also like that, was scolded by JIN-hyung, right? (laughs)
RM: In the dorm, “Why couldn’t you quickly tidy up?”, he said. Look, often times during elementary school days, didn’t moms say “Do your homework”? It was said in perfect timing, so at that moment my willingness to do it is gone….Such mindset. Saying “I’ll do it. It’d be nice if I do it, right?” and doing it (w/gleaming eyes). But well, managing appearance, tidying up the room, what JIN-hyung says are correct, so I must thank [him].
JM: You’re right. JIN-hyung too, I love you! But, if you can be more gentle with [us] from now on! (laughs)
