Fashion Report for the week of 4/11/18! The primary piece here is of course the coat, so I built around that. I did have to do a Mhach run to grab the upgraded version, but it was quick and smooth so it was no trouble! The pants are not visible, but they are the Thavnairan Sarouels which were BiS this week! They are covered up by the boots here. another notable difference from BiS, I dropped the BiS hands altogether and went for a more doctory feel with the skin-tight gloves, and also made them white instead of a random ugly shade of orange, haha. Fashion report for the week of 3/27! This outfit made 87 points, with: Makai Scholar book - not themed, but an easy dyeable wep that matched the Skallic shirt I had Makai hat of healing - not themed, but cute nonetheless Skallic Jacket of Healing - I did not have the Skallic Fending shirt, and I did not have time to go farm for it! The lv 50 crafted gloves of healing, I forget the name - not themed Quan - Glamour choice. BiS was Uraeus skirt, but it did not look good here imo. Falconer’s Boots - I did have to craft these, but I spent no gil because the only mat I did not have stashed is purchaseable for gatherer scrips Platinum Paramour’s earrings - always nice to have an excuse to use these~ Proto Ultima necklace of fending - not visible. I did make 98 with the only change being the pants - I had a lot of wiggle room so I ditched the Uraeus skirt in favor of a more elegant look, and it does look pretty nice! So, do you think this is a fun challenge? Do you wanna try your hand? Let me know, it might be cool to make a thing out of this, and see who can make the best outfits and take the best shots!

Fashion report for the week of 3/12: I didn’t note down how many points this one got! For shame! v_v Here I have: Anemos Jacket, Tantalus cuffs, Scion Adventurer’s Boots, Firecrest earring, tortoiseshell armillae(not visible) Also pictured: quan (pants), because I love them!

More Fashion report! Here we have my outfit for the week of 3/6! This set received exactly 80 and the scored slots are: Tamamo Headband, Hempen Camise (F highlander), Housemaid’s cuffs, Coliseum Loincloth, and my wedding ring. Most of the slots I used less-than-optimal gear due to availability. The housemaid cuffs and the hempen camise were glamour decisions, however. Also of note, I am specifically not using general-purpose dyes in any of these sets, so they’re usually very light on the gil purse!

I’ve been having a lot of fun with the fashion report, and I’ve discovered a fun game! The goal is to make a fashion report outfit that makes at least 80 points, without spending a boatload of gil. Then, I make it look as nice as reasonably possible while still being above 80 with just the items I have on hand and in storage. After all that, I go and take a glamour screenshot, and show it off in as flattering a way as possible! this all typically also ends up being on a time crunch, as I’ve been only managing to get to it on Monday afternoons!

Shown above is the shot I took for Fashion report - Week of 2/27, when I first started this little self-challenge! In this shot I’m wearing the flat cap (hidden), the Winter Sweater, the Spring Skirt, the Dhalmelskin boots, and the Augmented Hailstorm BLM rod, with assorted jewelleries. This outfit made 86 points, and the only pieces I didn’t already have were the boots and the staff

New Shirt new glams! look how pretty this shirt is DANGGGGGG been looking for something to wear the scylla boots with too and they’re hard to fit into a glam! they can’t be used with pants at all, so you gotta wear shorts or a skirt, but none of the skirts really go with them at all. Here I’m wearing the scylla pants and they actually look p nice!

Crystal Tower with the Face Brigade! Small Face won the Jumbo Cactpot and got a whole million MGPs! The Faces also have a House now in Shirogane, and it’s so cool you guys. We’re doing weekly Face Nights where we all get on our Faces and hang out while Denmo streams it on twitch. It’s good times! There are so many Faces it’s amazing!

Not often I can convince Dorvo to sit still long enough for me to take pics with him~ We accidentally matched shoes, and then we were hanging out in Lochs waiting for an ixion spawn so I took a pic. Ixion never spawned -_-

So I did a Fantasia to Highlander and I must say I like it! I was getting pretty frustrated with the animation set for elezens, I like that it’s more elegant than the rest but it also felt sluggish and depressing. I don’t have any fem-highlander friends, but I happened to make a highlander retainer, and I noticed her animations were absolutely darling?! So I messed around with the character creator, and ended up finding a look I really liked! One thing I noticed - don’t go for a skintone in any of the first 3 columns - highlanders seem to look better the darker they are. I might have gone even darker than this but I wanted to stay pretty close to my elezen settings.  Personal Lore-wise, I think I’ll still be thinking of Rivienne as a Duskwight. She just looks a little different than duskwights typically do now~

A sad story told in one picture

Our tank lost power minutes after we went in to floor 191.  While he was getting back in, a patrolling Corse came and obliterated us. After we had so heroically cleared 180-190 having killed a total of 21 garms.

ENTM CYCLE 8: Model Announcements

Good Evening Everyone and sorry for the delay! It is time to announce the models. Before I do, let me explain how they were chosen! What, you thought I was involved?? Nah, I’m just a Host, so I don’t get involved with picking the models… but I did make it anonymously fun!

Each model was given a letter (Alpha, Beta, Charlie etc…) and their name and sever was kept secret! The judges were given access to the images and scored them based off the criteria that was given in the audition announcement. The top 10 models with the highest score made it into Cycle 8!

Welp I did this.  Yokai farming over the course of the past month has brought my WHM from 45 to 60 and a half almost entirely by itself.  Yes there are more efficient and less painful ways to level than fates that are way below appropriate level, but now I got all the glam weps and the glowy ... thingy.... Well, it was fun anyway.

I participated in The Rising Twitter Bash for a lark, and it turned out I won a prize! On top is the photo I submitted - me int the WHM Artifact set I recently earned, in front of the Rising decorations in the Goblet.

Tension came up in the Shroud while I was yokai farming! So I took a moment to grab a couple screenshots~

I participated in one of Denmo’s Midgardsormr Face invasions the other week, and yesterday I decided I’d do a bit of questing to get my Face his mount ability.  I visited the Aesthetistician, punched some dudes, waited forever to get into Ifrit, and generally had a good time! Then, I got my bird and named him Beaky’Face :D Next time I’ll probly do a bunch of yokai so I can get the first mount and maybe a couple weapons. I’m working on the glowy whisper on Rivienne and boy howdy is that a long grind!
