Summary: Callie drags Lewyn along on a shopping trip. He isn't thrilled.
A/N: Happy birthday lovely Cee!🎈🎉🎁 I have once again borrowed your lovelies (I'd have loved to have written something for Sophie and Orion, but hopefully a little return trip to the ID world still makes you smile!)
A/N2: speaking of the ID world, this is very much a non-setting inspired by all the AUs smooshed together, so while I haven't mentioned who Cas's loved ones are by name, I was admittedly thinking of RJ's Ripley, Gabbie, and River haha. All my love to you!
‘No,’ Callie said, shoving the tenth baby-sized onesie of the day back onto the racks with a snarl of disgust. ‘These are all terrible.’
Lewyn looked utterly out of place here, the crisp, pressed lines of his shirt at odds with the puppy-soft pastel fabrics of the infant clothing department Callie had dragged him into.
Cas’s baby shower was fast approaching. She needed a gift that didn’t make her want to throw things.
‘I still don’t see what help I am supposed to be offering here,’ Lewyn said, plucking at the sleeve of a teal pyjama set patterned with dinosaurs.
Ugh, that might have actually been a good pick, if it had come in the right size for a newborn!
‘You’re not here for your baby fashion expertise,’ Callie said, with a tiny laugh, moving to the next rack. ‘You’re here for moral support.’
He quirked a brow.
‘Its what couples do.’
‘Right.’
‘Also… okay, maybe I did want a second opinion on things. You have moderately decent taste.’
‘“Moderately decent”?’
‘Ascots aside.’
‘Come now!’ Lewyn shot Callie a look that was half reprimand, half amusement at her cheek — Callie knew she was one of the small handful of people Lewyn would ever tolerate sly teasing from. Winding him up was a brilliant pastime.
They rounded the aisle, politely sidestepping a couple trying to wrangle a pair of toddlers who were pulling packs of socks off their hooks and throwing them at one another. One of them caught Callie in the leg. Lewyn tucked a hand against the small of her back as if to defend her from the little miscreants. She stifled a laugh as they moved on.
‘Are none of these sufficient?’ Lewyn loosed an irritable huff when they rounded back to the aisle with the onesies yet again. ‘I’d have thought after perusing the entire store twice over, you’d have found something you like.’
Callie scoffed. ‘These clothes are terrible!’ She grabbed a nearby shirt labeled “3 years” and all but throttled it as she showed it to Lewyn. ‘Why is this a crop top?! Why?’
Lewyn tugged the shirt from her hands, hanging it once more on the rack and pressing a soothing kiss to her forehead. ‘Are you feeling a pressing need to write a strongly-worded letter to the company’s design team?’
‘Email,’ Callie muttered, still glaring at the shirt. ‘No one sends letters anymore.’
‘A pity…’
‘Wait’ —Callie gasped, cutting into Lewyn’s budding lament on the lost joys of letter-writing— ‘I’ve been going about this all wrong.’
Lewyn blinked slowly, waiting for her to continue.
‘I don’t necessarily need to get a present for the baby, right? I can get something for Cas and the girls!’
If Lewyn’s mood had been beginning to sink, now it plummeted to the murky depths. His eyes turned flat and mutinous. Callie took in the scowl he wasn’t even trying to hide and huffed a laugh.
‘Go home, if it’s that torturous.’
‘I was under the impression that you wanted my opinion,’ he said stiffly.
Callie slipped her hand into his, giving it a slight squeeze. She smiled her thanks… and then yanked him toward yet another store.
Lewyn’s mood grew steadily more sour with every new shop they visited, every would-be present they looked at.
‘Look, this bookstore has a section which is helpfully labelled “Gift Ideas”.’ He directed Callie toward a tidy selection of journals, tea cups, chocolates, candles. ‘What is wrong with any of these?’ He swept a hand toward the shelves.
Callie picked up an object at random. ‘In what world can you see Cas making use of a… vanilla and cinnamon-scented mindfulness journal?’ she asked, looking at the object in her hand. It was a russet orange, bordered with tiny owls, squirrels, and gold embossed leaves. Cute — for her mother, maybe. But definitely not for Cas.
Lewyn looked a little miffed. ‘A world in which he is less of a delinquent? Perhaps he ought to be more mindful. Pause and reflect, once in a while. He’d certainly have fewer silver brands to show for his troubles.’
Callie suppressed an eye roll. ‘Maybe we should look for some kind of parenting book?’
She perused the shelves, ignoring Lewyn’s feigned look of surprise.
‘Cassius can read?’
Callie’s fingers skimmed the spines, plucking out a selection of titles.
Parenting 101
You are Not a Shitty Parent
How to Raise Your Kid to…
No, he’d probably hate being told what to do. Callie slid the book stack back onto the shelves.
Lewyn sighed. ‘Look, forget C— Forget this.’
His eyes were trained on the slight pinch between Callie’s eyebrows; a headache had been brewing the past half hour they’d been shopping. Stores were beginning to close for the evening, and still, she’d come up empty-handed.
‘This whole excursion has been nothing but an exercise in frustration,’ Lewyn said. ‘Let me take you out to dinner and take your mind off of… things.’
God, being wined and dined sounded a lot better than going home and cooking, Callie thought. Smiling as Lewyn diverted back to the gift aisle to buy her a box of chocolates on their way out, the pair started talking favourite restaurants and dinner plans.
‘Wear the green,’ Lewyn murmured from the doorway, his eyes half-lidded. ‘I like you in green.’
Shooting him a coy smile, Callie eyed the two clothes hangars in her hands. She tossed her green dress on the bed, plucked the blue one from its hangar instead. He held her gaze as she slipped it over her head, though she heard him chuckle when he wasn’t looking.
He stepped forward, setting down a square velvet box on the dresser, so he could help her zip the back.
‘What’s this?’ Callie asked, indicating the box with a nod.
‘Oh, just something I had laying around, gathering dust.’
He flipped open the lid to reveal a sapphire jewellery set; a delicate bracelet paired with matching earrings, smaller diamonds accenting the sea-blue stones. They were tasteful, dazzling, and probably cost more than she made in a year.
‘Holy crap. Thank you? What's the occasion?’
‘No occasion. A set this beautiful ought to be appreciated by someone equally as radiant, no?’
He toyed with her curls as she slipped the earrings on, his face soft with adoration.
‘Though they seem tarnished in comparison to your beauty.’
Callie snorted. She had no idea what to make of this switch up in his mood. He’d been tailing her in the stores, petulant and sulky, barely wanting to chat, but the moment they’d gotten home and started getting ready for dinner, Lewyn was back to his usual self. Even if he was laying it on a bit thick with the charm.
Was he just realising he’d been a bit of an ass earlier? Trying to make it up to her?
By the time they got to the restaurant, she’d cottoned on to the fact that he’d pre-ordered and paid for a five course meal. They were ushered onto an open terrace, evening summer sun spilling over waxed wood floors, setting the glassware dazzling. Their first course awaited them on the table; a bowl of olives in warm oil; sesame feta with honey and thyme; housemade pita and tzatziki.
She side-eyed him as he pulled out her chair, waited until he’d taken a seat opposite her. Sometimes, it was better to be direct.
‘So, what’s with the whole Alpha Billionaire CEO Playboy routine?’ Callie asked, as the waiters melted out of sight behind the terrace doors.
Lewyn paused, an olive halfway to his mouth.
‘I mean,’ Callie went on, gesturing at the empty tables around them, ‘did you book out the whole restaurant, or what?’
‘Just the terrace,’ he said stiffly. He fixed her with a searching gaze.
Something wasn’t landing right, today.
Normally Callie loved teasing Lewyn; he usually took her little jabs well, returned a counter-riposte of his own. They knew the steps to this dance innately, the inner workings of one another’s minds typically a source of intrigue and delight.
Today, Lewyn seemed… off. Put out.
‘I took the liberty of selecting our wine. This bottle comes from my personal reserves.’ He picked up a bottle that had been chilling on the table, pouring a glass first for Callie, and then himself. It smelled brightly acidic, citrusy and light. It had no commercial label; rather, a little tag around the neck with Lewyn’s elegant scrawl marking the bottle’s vintage.
‘I hope my “moderately decent taste” measures up,’ he said, toasting her with a little nod that somehow screamed arrogance, decadence, wealth.
Understanding jolted into her like she’d grabbed an electric fence.
He hadn’t been grumpy about the shopping at all! It wasn’t because he was sick of baby clothes, or that he’d spent a handful of hours of his precious immortal lifetime in a crowded mall. No, it wasn’t any of that that had worn Lewyn down from slick, cunning, fiercely intelligent coven leader into… oversized toddler.
It was the fact that she’d been shopping for Cas.
Her high school ex-boyfriend. Who she’d been with for all of ten seconds. Over a decade ago.
Jealous. Lewyn was jealous!
Unable to help herself, Callie cracked up laughing. She let out in inelegant snort, glad for the moment that Lewyn had been insecure enough to book out the entire terrace so she could cackle her glee until her face flushed warm.
‘Okay. Babe. This is ridiculous. Please know I am saying this from a place of love: you’re acting….’
Somehow, Callie thought his ego wouldn’t enjoy the phrase “like a little bitch” right about now.
‘Petty. You’re acting petty.’
‘…Excuse me?’
‘And it isn’t attractive.’
He looked at her like she’d grown a second head. ‘I see,’ he said at last.
‘Are you seriously taking me out to dinner at the fanciest restaurant in town, and plying me with wine and chocolates just to distract me from the all-powerful magnetic sexual charm that is one Cassius Harlow?’
At least Lewyn had the decency to look embarrassed. He was spared the pains of coming up with an answer that would save face by the waiters bringing in their next lot of dishes; halloumi and Cypriot tahini sliders, a Greek salad, and lemon-sautéed broccolini ladera.
‘You want to know the ironic part?’ Callie said, spearing a piece of broccolini on her fork. ‘You’re acting just like him.’
‘I’m hardly—’
‘Oh, but you are. Except instead of flexing his wallet, Cas would be flexing his muscles. Taking me to a fighting pit and showing me how brave and strong he was, instead of flaunting how classy and refined and mature he is with his fancy restaurants and blood diamonds and—’
Lewyn spluttered. ‘Those were ethically sourced—’
‘Missing the point entirely, babe.’
‘I… You’re right.’ Lewyn said. ‘I… rather dropped the ball, didn’t I?’
‘Big time.’ Callie took a sip of her wine, and tried not to let it show on her face that the meal was delicious, and, yes, Lewyn had paired the wine perfectly.
…Though she couldn’t help but groan her delight when the Spanakorizo and stuffed mushrooms came out.
‘Oh my God, this is amazing,’ she admitted. Lewyn offered her a smile as she ate another mushroom with unabashed glee. ‘You’re not off the hook, but the good food and drink is helping.’
‘What must I do to find my way back into your good graces?’ Lewyn asked on a low murmur, taking the hint and topping up Callie’s glass of wine.
‘Hmm… why don’t you tell me what kind of thing you would have planned to treat me with if this whole gesture were actually about me?’ She paused, impish. ‘You know. Not some clumsy attempt to soothe your own ego.’
A warning look at that, but Lewyn held his tongue. Instead, he tugged his chair around so they could sit side by side, his thigh pressing into hers, tugging her hand to smooth a thumb over her knuckles. Then, he told her in loving tones about what he could have planned, had they had a quiet night in.
Her favourite meal that he’d cook for her, while they watched her favourite movie.
Or a nice soak in the bath; books, bubbles, and coffee.
Perhaps an afternoon spent in the garden together instead? They could watch the birds, tidy the plants, find a spot for her latest woodworking project.
Or maybe take a day trip to an historic villa just out of town that Callie had mentioned wanting to visit in passing.
Things that told her he’d seen her. He knew her. He loved her.
Callie and Lewyn shared a kiss that tasted of citrus, wine, and sunset.
He really was quite lovely when he wasn’t being an ass.
‘Well,’ Callie said, as the waiters whisked the empty dessert plates away and the late evening sun turned the shadows around them long and buttery, ‘there’s still plenty of time left to do something about that bubble bath you mentioned.’
Lewyn’s eyes sparked with affection. He gathered his jacket as she slipped her bag over her shoulder, tucking a hand into his elbow and leaning into his side as they made their way downstairs.
Still…
Callie couldn’t resist poking the bear one last time before they left.
‘Hey, babe?’
‘Yes?’
‘That dinner was actually really lovely.’ Leaning in, she planted a sweet, devilish kiss on his jaw. ‘It got me thinking….’
It was hard, so hard, not to burst out laughing at the immediate suspicion on his face.
‘Callie Reese, don’t you dare.’
‘I think Cas would love it.’ She grinned. ‘Does this restaurant do gift cards?’
Lewyn having to go shopping for a baby is somehow rly funny to me as a scenario in general, there's sth sweet abt accompanying ur partner even when it's not sth tht u rly care about at all though.
Hahaha this is so cute 😭
Lewyn tugged the shirt from her hands, hanging it once more on the rack and pressing a soothing kiss to her forehead. ‘Are you feeling a pressing need to write a strongly-worded letter to the company’s design team?’
‘Email,’ Callie muttered, still glaring at the shirt. ‘No one sends letters anymore.’
Giggling, also I do like that detail of like, Old vampire still wording some of tht stuff like how it'd be handled in the past u kno lol.
Callie picked up an object at random. ‘In what world can you see Cas making use of a… vanilla and cinnamon-scented mindfulness journal?’ she asked, looking at the object in her hand. GIGGLE I knew he'd go there LMAO... But yeah more of a Gabe gift.
‘Cassius can read?’
U kno this is my 2nd time reading n it still made me snort. Come on man.
Shooting him a coy smile, Callie eyed the two clothes hangars in her hands. She tossed her green dress on the bed, plucked the blue one from its hangar instead. He held her gaze as she slipped it over her head, though she heard him chuckle when he wasn’t looking.
Nodding in approval, always do th opposite of what he says
He toyed with her curls as she slipped the earrings on, his face soft with adoration.
Th mental image of this is so cute lol i cant believe im saying that
‘So, what’s with the whole Alpha Billionaire CEO Playboy routine?’ Callie asked, as the waiters melted out of sight behind the terrace doors.

Hahaha I like tht sge knows him so well that she does put questionmarks behind everything.
When rhe realisation settles in that he's jealous of Cas hahaha 😭😭 n then she just Laughs at him, I love it
‘Are you seriously taking me out to dinner at the fanciest restaurant in town, and plying me with wine and chocolates just to distract me from the all-powerful magnetic sexual charm that is one Cassius Harlow?’
Hahaaaa... it rly is so funny like come on man.
Also the roast towards Cas tho 💀💀.
Things that told her he’d seen her. He knew her. He loved her.

Summary: The musical chair scene from book 1, chapter 1 reimagined with my oc/mc Ripley, who would rather have Cas and Gabe sit in her lap than vice versa.
Warnings: None
A/N: Mb one day I'll give this a proper title hahaha. A while ago I was doing an ask game where I let people send me scenes from the books and went into how they'd play out for Ripley, among the requests was this scene. And ever since I've been saying I'd write the scene if I could write. Umm well I do write now so 👍. I don't think it's great but we all gotta start somewhere or whateverrr, I hope it's enjoyable nonetheless!!
Also!! For anyone unfamiliar with my ID rewrite: I write Cas and Gabe as exes and Cas is definitely not completely over Gabriela, though he's not aware of that himself. But that might put some stuff in a different perspective..
“I’ll play… if Ripley does.” Gabriela expectantly looked at Ripley, who was still confused about what the hell had just happened. When she saw Cas in the hall earlier that week, he’d looked at her like he wanted to spit her in the face. Like he already hated her, even though they’d never even spoken to each other. So why the interest now?
All the positive attention she’d gotten the past week had given Ripley newfound confidence, it seems. “I’m in!” she plopped down in the empty chair next to Cas and turned to face him. “But you guys will have to sit in my lap though.”
She preferred the idea of letting him come to her instead, though she wasn’t sure if he’d feel the same. In the end she didn’t really care whether he stayed or not, she’d end up with the town’s most beautiful girl in her lap either way.
Cas cocked his head, seemingly thinking it over as he held eye contact with her. She did her best not to break it. For a few seconds he was quiet, but then he got up. “Why not?” The mischievous glint in his eyes made her nervous. She still felt like he was playing some kind of game with her. But she found herself playing along. She really didn’t like his attitude and the way he taunted Gabriela. But admittingly something about him did intrigue her.
As Libby, Aiden and Jade took off to gather a few more people to join the game, Gabriela sat down next to Ripley and put a hand on her thigh, lightly rubbing the exposed bit of skin through one of the holes in her jeans. “Hey, I’m sorry about Cas..” She cautiously looked in his direction and he glared back as he leaned against a tree with his arms crossed. “I hope I didn’t put you on the spot just now... He just has such a way of riling me up..”
Ripley chuckled. “Yeah I can tell..”
Gabriela grimaced. “Sorry about that.“ She nudged Ripley’s knee with her own. “It’s okay if you don’t want to play after all. I’ll come with you.”
Ripley shook her head. “Nah, I think this’ll be fun!” She shot her a playful smile. “And I love to have an excuse to have you in my lap I guess.”
Gabriela bumped her shoulder. “Like you’d need one.”
After a few minutes Gabriela's friends returned with a few more people. Libby playfully shooed Gabriela out of her chair and took her place, excitedly smiling at Ripley. A few more people took place on the chairs as the rest gathered around the circle.
Gabriela looked tense as everyone waited for the music to start, while Cas stood with his hands in his pockets, looking kind of bored. When he caught Ripley looking at him he sent her a mischievous look, which she thought could only mean trouble. She exhaled. She couldn’t wait to rub it in his face how much she likes Gabriela.
As the music started playing and everyone began moving, Ripley’s eyes were on Gabriela as she circled the chairs. She thought she was so damn beautiful, she couldn’t take her eyes off her. She liked the tube top she wore tonight, finally getting a good look at her strong arms. She wasn’t aware of the way Cas was circling her as if she was prey. Gabriela uneasily kept her eyes on him, Ripley found her concern adorable.
Libby leaned in her direction and whispered in her ear. “Damn Ripley, I can’t believe you have Cas Harlow after you!”
Ripley frowned. “I thought he was just like, making fun of me..? Or something." Cas chuckled as he passed them, as if he’d heard what she just said.
Libby shook her head. “No! He never gives anyone the time of day!”
“Wow. Lucky me.”
Libby laughed. “Well it doesn’t really matter anyway, you’ve got your eyes on Gabriela, right?”
Just then the music stopped and Gabriela dropped into Ripley’s lap, excitedly throwing her arms around her neck. “Hi!” She was glad it was Gabriela who ended up in her lap. She put her arms securely around her waist, pulling her closer. It was easy to forget they’d only known each other for a few days, it felt like they already did this all the time.
Two chairs to the left, Cas sat in another guy’s lap, completely ignoring him as he stared in their direction with a stony expression. Gabriela rested her head on Ripley’s shoulder and he frowned and averted his gaze. Ripley smirked at him. Yes. Seethe, you fucking cunt.
Reluctantly she let Gabriela go as everyone got up again for the next round. Gabriela winked and pointed at her. “I’ll be back soon.”
Ripley mirrored her gesture. “You know where to find me.”
Cas made a gagging noise. “Anyone else feel like they’re gonna hurl? Get the music going already.” Ripley chuckled, she loved how much he let it get to him.
As everyone circled the chairs again, she bent towards Libby. “Who do you want in your lap?”
Libby giggled “Umm no one in particular..”
“Aw come on, you-”
As the music cut, Cas dropped in her lap, draping an arm around her shoulder. She felt her heart hammering in her chest and hoped he wouldn’t get any closer or he might actually feel it too. Instinctively she almost put her hands on his waist, but then caught herself and quickly dropped them, resting them on her seat instead. He rubbed her thigh and she could practically feel her face and ears turn red. For some reason she didn’t stop him, nor did she know what to say or how to react. Cas laughed, clearly amused by how shy she’d suddenly gotten. “Not so tough anymore? Don’t tell me you’re scared or something.”
Feeling challenged by the implication that she would be scared of him, she roughly grabbed his waist and pulled him closer, digging her fingers into his skin. Man, Cas really was good at riling people up, what the fuck was she doing?
Cas smirked. “That’s more like it.” He then directed his attention to Gabriela. “Ooh, Golden Girl does not look happy.”
Gabriela looked a mix between jealous and alarmed. Ripley got hit with a pang of guilt. Man, she shouldn’t have gotten along with this whole thing.. Or maybe she shouldn’t have sat down, so it would’ve been up to her to choose whose lap she’d sit on. She’d have chosen Gabriela every round and the message would’ve been loud and clear. Or maybe she should’ve just told him to fuck off.. Why did this round take so long?!
As everyone finally got up again, she practically pushed Cas off her lap, who seemed to find that very funny.
The next few rounds they’d both gotten to sit in her lap several times and the tension between Cas and Gabriela got stronger every new round. It felt like a competition between the two of them. Ripley wasn’t sure if Cas really wanted her, but in the end he and Gabriela were still fighting over her and admittingly it did make her feel some type of way. Especially after the past few years. If Cas found her repulsive he wouldn’t treat her the way he did tonight and it made her feel giddy. Even if she would never genuinely be attracted to him, which she was sure was true for him too. For tonight it felt fine to play along a bit and she, too, was getting carried away more and more as the game went on. She no longer felt shy whenever Cas ended up in her lap. She would make sure to make it up to Gabriela the rest of the night.
Now only five laps were left. Many of the people who were out of the game had stuck around to watch.. Libby was still in the game too, probably enjoying her front row seat to the whole ordeal. While everyone else who was still in the game was circling the chairs again, she leaned towards Ripley again. “Okay, you’re officially the center of attention. What did you do to those two?!”
“Nothing! I didn’t know things would get this intense!” She eyes the both of them. Neither Gabriela, nor Cas looked like they were even having fun at all, both walking closely to each other while Cas would sometimes lightly give Gabriela a push with his shoulder. She just kept looking forward, ignoring him, sometimes sighing loudly or rolling her eyes. She was more mature than Ripley, she knew she’d have tackled or socked him by now.
As they both passed her, the music cut again. They both moved to sit down on her lap, but Gabriela roughly pushed Cas out of the way with her elbow. Next to her a girl with a blonde ponytail, that she recognized from some of her classes, claimed a relieved looking Libby’s lap. Cas was left standing with no free laps to sit down on. Gabriela threw her arms around Ripley’s neck and sent him a triumphant smile, pressing her cheek to Ripley’s.
For a second she thought he would actually try and drag her out of her lap and she protectively pulled Gabriela closer, sending Cas a warning look. She wasn’t scared to take him on, they were about the same size. Instead he scoffed. “Well that’s fucking pathetic.”
“Yeah, because you would never do such a thing, right?!” Gabriela bit back.
Cas opened his mouth to retort, but Ripley cleared her throat. “Hey guys, it’s just a game, it’s really not that serious..”
Cas shrugged, “I’ve had enough of this game anyway.”
“You’re out anyway.” Gabriela pointed out.
“Whatever.” he turned his attention to Ripley to stare her down for a moment longer. “I’ll see you around Ripley… That’s a promise.”
Then he left with his friend. Leaving her wondering what the hell just went down. And what the fuck she’d gotten herself into.
Sammy's Tumblr Summary: Immortal Desires I, Chapter 1
You can view her full tumblr @betweenpagesandtides
I figured it's easier to make a fake tumblr than try to make tumblr post edits for Sammy. I'm hoping to keep her fake tumblr up while I read ID. She uses it as a combo of insta and X.
I am playing Immortal Desires for the first time with @choicesbookclub. (Apparently, I started a few chapters when it first came out, but I don't remember that at all!)
I don't have a lot of information on Sammy yet, I just made all of this up. I'm sure I'll need to change it a few things as I play!
Nicknames: Buffy (by Cas), little wolf (by her mom), Rip, Rippy, Rimby etc. (by friends)
Age: 18 but turns 19 in book 1
Love interests: Cas and Gabriela
Link to her diary fic where you can find out more about her version of ID: Tumblr Ao3
Other fun facts/hc's:
Her mom's a single mother by choice and had Ripley with the help of a donor (one of her best friends, just a human man, even if he looks more like a vampire than even some Venandi's do, to answer the question about mc's dad that so many have, lol)
She has a dog named Bram Stoker (everyone just calls him Bram though), he looks like a Maltese but is prolly some kinda mix.
Her best friend is called Joy, they've been friends since they were kids and very very briefly dated in their early teens. When Ripley was 16 Joy moved to Florida with her mother but they still keep contact.
She already got picked on sometimes while Joy still lived in Chicago, but the bullying got more out of hand after she left now that Ripley was alone more often and obviously feeling a bit down to begin with. She did have other friends but either downplayed or outright hid the bullying from them or they were the type of people that wouldn't stand up for her and were scared they'd just get hit too.
She's experimented with her gender identity and tried out different pronouns in the past before concluding she's a cis woman.
She can be very naive and just in general isn't always exactly the sharpest tool in the shed.
Can go from 0 to 100 when she feels threathened by someone or when someone suddenly touches her when she's already riled up.
Ripley generally does not lie unless she absolutely has to and even then she's more likely to just avoid the subject rather than having to fabricate an actual lie.
She watches Blades of Light and Shadow (is a show in ID universe) and her fave characters are my mc Rex, Imtura and Mal.
Ripley is surprisingly sporty, at her old school she was part of the wrestling team and she does have a bunch of medals and trophies she's won through the years. Due to everything that went down after the move, she never got the chance to look into joining a team again.
Ripley loves reading werewolf novels but werewolf romance has a 85% chance of getting a bad review from her.
She likes doodling sometimes and does have some oc's of her own though she's not super invested or attached to them.
She's like world's least picky eater.
She loves the way she feels with vampire blood in her system, she tbh kinda treats it like a drug.
Despite that, Ripley has no interest in being turned because she still wants to grow up and live a normal life and start a family of her own eventually.
I def do think she can be a bit of an asshole about her situationships with Cas and Gabriela but I also always imagine especially Cas does not tell her how much she actually hurts him because he thinks it makes him look #pathetic. She def kinda jojo's between feeling guilty for being unable to just choose and actually feeling like They are the problem for expecting her to choose because they just don't Understand.
