Thought it was about time I did an intro post.

Y’all can call me Roanoke, and I use they/them pronouns.

This blog is for my marvel obsession, and it is an obsession at this point lol.

I like a shit ton of characters and ships, but mostly Tony Stark. Frostiron is ofc my forever OTP, but I’m liable to be into basically any Tony ship (except st*rker, fucking dni if that’s you, same goes for th*rki) also proud Irondad enjoyer, Stucky and Sambucky because Bucky has two hands, also recently saw Thunderbolts so John Walker has infected my mind as well. Just, there’s so many characters and they’re all having a rave in my brain.

I go by the same name on AO3 so come say hi, I love comments. Trying to get more of my work up there I have so many freaking drafts yet to be posted.

that tony had been surprised, because he barely even remembered the kid— he had to rewatch the footage and still couldn’t really believe it.

that peter laughed, made a half-joke about how he’d been looking up to him since he was just a little kid,

and that tony joked back that peter wouldn’t be doing that for long, with how tall the kid was getting.

well.

peter didn’t have to worry about that anymore. a death, a rebirth, a death again— and peter’s still looking up. at murals, at statues, at screens. at legacies.

list of vaguely upsetting things tony does in iron man 2:

- sells all traditionally valuable possessions (donates all modern art paintings to the boy scouts????)

- makes pepper ceo of the company so that it’s in safe hands

- runs through all the most risky behaviour ‘bucket list’ shit he can. driving a race car in the grand prix. why not.

- lied to all friends about him slowly dying. he’s fine. he’s always fine.

- aggravated his friends into isolating him so they don’t look too closely at his deteriorating health, or they’ll hate him so much that they won’t care when he finally kicks it

- agitated rhodey into taking an iron man suit, so that someone he trusted would have that role, too
